1. Important Safety Information

3. Setup and Assembly

The S6 electric bike comes largely pre-assembled. Follow these steps to prepare your bike for its first ride.

3.1 Unfolding the Bike

  1. Place the folded bike on a flat surface.
  2. Release the frame latch, typically located near the center of the main frame tube.
  3. Carefully unfold the frame until it locks into place. Ensure the latch is securely engaged.
  4. Raise the handlebar stem and secure its latch.
  5. Adjust the handlebar height to a comfortable position and tighten the quick-release lever.
  6. Insert the seat post into the frame and adjust the seat height (67-88 cm) for proper leg extension. Secure with the quick-release lever.
  7. Unfold the pedals if they are foldable.

3.2 Battery Installation and Charging

The S6 features a removable battery for convenient charging.

  1. Locate the battery compartment, usually under the seat or within the frame.
  2. If the battery is separate, insert it into the compartment and ensure it clicks securely into place. Use the key to lock it if applicable.
  3. Connect the charger to the charging port on the battery or bike.

4. Operating Instructions

Familiarize yourself with the controls and riding modes before your first ride.

4.1 Powering On/Off

  • To power on, press and hold the power button on the handlebar display. The display will illuminate, showing battery level.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button again until the display turns off.

4.2 Riding Modes

The S6 offers three riding modes:

  1. Pure Electric Mode: The bike is propelled solely by the motor. Use the throttle to control speed. This mode has three adjustable speed levels (18-25-35 km/h).
  2. Pedal-Assist Mode: The motor provides assistance as you pedal. This mode extends battery range and reduces effort.
  3. Normal Bicycle Mode: The electric system is off, and the bike operates like a traditional bicycle, powered entirely by pedaling.

4.3 Speed Adjustment

In Pure Electric Mode, use the control buttons on the handlebar to cycle through the three speed levels (18 km/h, 25 km/h, 35 km/h).

4.4 Braking

The S6 is equipped with efficient disc brakes. Apply both front and rear brakes gently and evenly to slow down or stop. The tail light will flash automatically when braking to alert others.

4.5 Folding the Bike

To fold the S6 for storage or transport:

  1. Ensure the bike is powered off.
  2. Lower the seat post completely.
  3. Release the handlebar stem latch and fold the handlebar down.
  4. Release the main frame latch and fold the bike in half. Secure the latch.
  5. Fold the pedals if applicable.

5. Maintenance
