Setup and First Use

Unpacking

  1. Remove all packaging materials from the box.
  2. Take out the multi-cooker and all accessories.

Initial Cleaning

  1. Wash the inner pot, sealing ring, and any accessories (e.g., steam rack) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  2. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the main unit in water.
  3. Ensure all parts are dry before assembly.

Placement

Place the multi-cooker on a stable, level surface away from heat sources and flammable materials. Ensure adequate space around the unit for ventilation.

Operating Instructions

Basic Operation

  1. Place the inner pot into the main unit.
  2. Add ingredients to the inner pot according to your recipe. Do not exceed the MAX fill line.
  3. Close the Smart Lid. The lid will automatically seal. Ensure the pressure release valve is in the correct position for your chosen cooking function (e.g., sealed for pressure cooking).
  4. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The LCD display will illuminate.
  5. Select your desired cooking program from the 17 one-touch options (e.g., Rice, Soup, Meat, Bean, Poultry, Slow Cook, Sauté, Steam, Yogurt, Cake, Egg, Sterilize, Sous Vide, Warm).
  6. Adjust cooking time or pressure level if necessary using the +/- buttons.
  7. Press the 'Start' button to begin cooking. The LCD display will show the cooking progress.
  8. Once cooking is complete, the unit will typically switch to a 'Keep Warm' function or beep to indicate completion.
  9. For pressure cooking, allow pressure to release naturally or use the one-touch pressure release button on the Smart Lid, following recipe instructions.
  10. Carefully open the lid away from your face to avoid steam burns.

Care and Maintenance

Cleaning

  1. Always unplug the multi-cooker and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. The stainless steel inner pot is dishwasher-safe. Alternatively, wash with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
  3. The sealing ring and steam release valve can be removed from the lid for thorough cleaning. Wash with warm, soapy water.
  4. Wipe the exterior of the main unit and the lid with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  5. Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling and storing.

Storage
