1. Important Safety Instructions

  • Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.

  • Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
  • Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
  • Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
  • Do not use without dust cup and/or filters in place.
  • Turn off all controls before unplugging.

3. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your Aspiron Canister Vacuum Cleaner:

  1. Attach the Hose: Insert the flexible hose into the suction inlet on the main unit until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Assemble the Wand: Connect the telescopic wand to the handle end of the flexible hose. Ensure it is firmly attached.
  3. Attach the Floorhead: Connect the universal floorhead to the other end of the telescopic wand.
  4. Insert Accessories: For specific cleaning tasks, attach the desired accessory (crevice nozzle, small dust brush, pet powermate, or upholstery brush) directly to the handle end of the hose or the telescopic wand.

4. Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off:

  • Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet. The vacuum cleaner has a 20 ft cord, providing a 33 ft cleaning radius.
  • Press the power button located on the main unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on or off.

Adjusting Suction Power:

  • The vacuum cleaner features variable speed control. Rotate the dial on the main unit to adjust the suction power from minimum to maximum, depending on the cleaning task and surface type.

Using Attachments:

Automatic Cord Rewind:

  • To retract the power cord, gently step on the cord rewind pedal located on the main unit. The cord will automatically retract into the vacuum cleaner.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your vacuum cleaner.

Emptying the Dust Cup:

  • When the dust cup is full or suction power decreases, it's time to empty it.
  • Press the dust cup release button and carefully remove the dust cup from the main unit.
  • Position the dust cup over a trash bin and open the bottom lid to release the debris.
  • Close the lid securely and reattach the dust cup to the vacuum cleaner.

Cleaning the Filters:

The Aspiron E4ASPVAC1200 features a 3-stage filtration system, including a washable HEPA-H10 inlet filter and an outlet sponge.

  1. HEPA-H10 Inlet Filter: Remove the dust cup and locate the HEPA filter. Gently tap it to remove loose dust. For a deeper clean, rinse it under cool running water. Ensure it is completely dry before reinserting.
  2. Outlet Sponge: The outlet sponge can also be removed and rinsed under cool water. Allow it to air dry completely before placing it back.
  3. Dust Cup: The entire dust cup is washable. Rinse it with water and ensure it is thoroughly dry before reassembling.

Important: Never operate the vacuum cleaner without the dust cup and all filters properly installed and completely dry.

6. Troubleshooting
