3. Setup and Charging
3.1 Initial Charge
Before first use, fully charge the EAFC JC02 Jump Starter. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the device and to a 5V/2A USB wall adapter (not included) or car charger. The LCD screen will display the charging progress. A full charge is indicated by 100% on the display and typically takes 3-4 hours.

Note: It is recommended to fully charge the device every 3-6 months to maintain battery health, even if not in use.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Jump Starting a Vehicle
Ensure the jump starter is at least 50% charged before attempting to jump start a vehicle.
- Step 1: Insert the Smart Clamp Cable. Plug the blue end of the smart clamp cable into the jump starter's DO anti-reverse interface. Ensure a secure connection.
- Step 2: Connect to the Car Battery. Attach the red clamp to the positive (+) terminal of the car battery and the black clamp to the negative (-) terminal. The smart clamp indicator light should turn green, indicating a correct connection and readiness to jump start. If an alarm sounds or the light is red, check for reverse polarity or other issues.
- Step 3: Start the Engine. Return to your vehicle and start the engine. If the engine does not start immediately, wait 30 seconds and try again. Do not attempt more than 3 consecutive starts.
- Step 4: Remove Clamps. Once the engine starts, immediately remove the smart clamp cable from the car battery terminals, then disconnect it from the jump starter.

Caution: Do not touch the red and black clamps together. Do not leave the clamps connected to the battery after the engine starts.
4.2 Charging Mobile Devices (Power Bank Function)
The EAFC JC02 can be used as a portable power bank to charge your electronic devices.
- Connect your device's USB charging cable to the USB output port (5V/2.4A) on the jump starter.
- The jump starter will automatically begin charging your device. The LCD screen will show "OUT" and the battery percentage.
- Disconnect your device once charging is complete.

4.3 Using the LED Flashlight
The built-in LED flashlight has three modes: steady, strobe, and SOS.
- To turn on the flashlight, press and hold the power button for approximately 3 seconds.
- Press the power button briefly to cycle through the modes: Steady Light → Strobe Light → SOS Signal.
- To turn off the flashlight, press and hold the power button again for 3 seconds, or cycle through all modes until it turns off.

6. Maintenance
