Introduction

Setup
Unboxing and Initial Preparation
Upon receiving your WUBEN L3 flashlight, carefully open the packaging. Inside, you will find the flashlight unit, a USB-C charging cable, a lanyard, and spare O-rings. Before first use, it is crucial to remove the battery insulation sheet located inside the flashlight. Unscrew the tail cap, remove the blue insulation disc from the battery terminal, and then reassemble the tail cap securely.

Charging the Flashlight
The WUBEN L3 features a dual-way USB-C charging port. To access it, twist the ring near the head of the flashlight to reveal the USB-C port. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the flashlight and a compatible power source. The indicator light will show red while charging and turn blue when fully charged. The 4800mAh battery can be fully charged in approximately 2 hours with an 18W charger.

Using as a Power Bank
The WUBEN L3 can also serve as a power bank. Connect your mobile device or other compatible electronics to the flashlight's USB-C port using the appropriate cable. The flashlight can provide up to 18W of output power, making it a convenient backup power source in emergency situations.

Operating Instructions
Basic On/Off and Mode Cycling
The WUBEN L3 features a tactical tail switch for intuitive operation. A full press of the tail switch will turn the flashlight on or off. Once the flashlight is on, a half-press (or tap) of the tail switch will cycle through the different brightness modes: Moon (5 lumens), Low (150 lumens), Medium (500 lumens), and High (1500-1100 lumens). The flashlight has mode memory and will return to the last used brightness setting when turned on again.

Accessing Special Modes (Turbo, Strobe, SOS)
- Turbo Mode: From any brightness mode, half-press and hold the tail switch to instantly activate Turbo mode (3000 lumens). Release the switch to return to the previous mode.
- Strobe Mode: From the ON state, double-click the tail switch to activate Strobe mode (3000 lumens). Double-click again to return to the previous mode.
- SOS Mode: From the ON state, triple-click the tail switch to activate SOS mode (150 lumens). Triple-click again to return to the previous mode.

Maintenance
Waterproofing and Durability
The WUBEN L3 is IP68 rated, meaning it is dust-tight and protected against continuous immersion in water up to 2 meters for 1 hour. It is also 1-meter drop-resistant. To maintain its waterproof integrity, ensure the USB-C port cover is securely twisted shut when not in use. Regularly inspect the O-rings for wear and tear, and replace them with the provided spares if necessary to maintain the seal.

Cleaning and Storage
Clean the flashlight body with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. Store the flashlight in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. If storing for extended periods, it is recommended to partially charge the battery (around 50%) and recharge it every few months to maintain battery health.
Troubleshooting
Light Not Turning On
- Ensure the battery insulation sheet has been removed from inside the flashlight.
- Check if the battery is properly inserted with correct polarity.
- Verify the battery has sufficient charge. Connect the flashlight to a charger and check the indicator light.
Charging Issues
- Confirm the USB-C cable is fully inserted into the flashlight's port and the power source.
- Ensure the charging ring is twisted to the "Open" position to expose the port.
- Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter to rule out faulty accessories.
