This manual provides essential information for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Wet Sounds Stealth XT 8-B Soundbar. Please read these instructions carefully before use to ensure proper functionality and longevity of the product.

The Stealth XT 8-B is an all-in-one IP67 weatherproof amplified Bluetooth soundbar designed for powersports and marine applications. It features an integrated 300-watt Class-D DSP amplifier, 8 speakers (2 tweeters, 6 full-range drivers), Bluetooth connectivity, RGB accent lights, and an integrated LED dome light.

Safety Information

Ensure all connections are secure and properly insulated to prevent electrical shorts.
Do not operate the soundbar at excessively high volumes for prolonged periods to avoid hearing damage.

Setup and Installation

Mounting the Soundbar

The Stealth XT 8-B utilizes the Wet Sounds patented Fast Track sliding mount system for easy installation. Universal L-brackets and spacers are included. Bar clamps are sold separately.

Wiring Connections

Connect the soundbar using the provided complete Power/Ground Wire Harness with an in-line fuse. Ensure the power source is capable of providing adequate current for the 300-watt amplifier.

Power (Red Wire): Connect to a switched 12V DC power source.
Ground (Black Wire): Connect to a solid chassis ground point.
Remote Turn-On (Blue Wire - if applicable): Connect to a remote turn-on output from your vehicle's ignition or accessory circuit.

The soundbar also features a 3.5 mm Line Output (2V) to connect an additional external amplifier and speakers, and a 3.5 mm AUX Input for a wired audio connection.

Power Button (⏻): Press to turn the soundbar on or off.
Volume Up/Down (+ / -): Adjusts the audio volume.
Track Skip (⏮ / ⏭): Skips to the previous or next track in Bluetooth mode.
Play/Pause (⏸): Plays or pauses audio in Bluetooth mode.
RGB Button (RGB): Cycles through 12 color modes for the accent lights.
Dome Light Button (💡): Activates the integrated LED dome light.
Bluetooth Pairing Button (Ⓘ): Initiates Bluetooth pairing mode.

Bluetooth Connectivity

Ensure the soundbar is powered on.
Press and hold the Bluetooth pairing button (Ⓘ) until the indicator light flashes.
On your mobile device, search for "Wet Sounds XT" in the Bluetooth settings.
Select the soundbar to pair. A confirmation tone will sound upon successful pairing.

The soundbar allows broadcasting a signal to up to 3 additional Stealth XT soundbars within 35 feet for synchronized audio.

Auxiliary Input

Connect an audio source directly to the 3.5 mm AUX input using a standard audio cable.

Maintenance

Cleaning: Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior of the soundbar. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents.
Connections: Periodically check all wiring connections for corrosion or looseness. Ensure the in-line fuse is intact.
Storage: If storing the soundbar for extended periods, ensure it is clean and dry.

The soundbar is IP67 rated, meaning it is protected from dust and can withstand immersion in water up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. However, it is not designed for continuous submersion.

Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Cause	Solution
No power	Loose power connection, blown fuse, no 12V supply	Check power and ground wires. Inspect the in-line fuse and replace if necessary. Verify 12V power at the connection point.
No audio	Incorrect source selected, low volume, un-paired Bluetooth device, faulty AUX cable	Ensure Bluetooth is paired or AUX cable is connected. Increase volume on both soundbar and source device. Try a different AUX cable.
Bluetooth not pairing	Soundbar not in pairing mode, device too far, interference	Press and hold the Bluetooth button to enter pairing mode. Move device closer to the soundbar. Ensure no other devices are actively connected.
Distorted sound	Volume too high, poor audio source quality, damaged speakers	Reduce volume. Try a different audio source. If distortion persists, contact support.
