3. Setup

3.1 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge your Mercenary headset. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the headset's charging port and a compatible USB power source. The charging indicator light will show the charging status.

3.2 Bluetooth Pairing

2. Press and hold the power button until the indicator light flashes blue and red, indicating pairing mode.
3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.

3.3 Boom Microphone Setup

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Press and hold the power button located on the left earcup for approximately 3 seconds to power the headset on or off.

4.2 Ambient Sound Modes (AMP/De-AMP)

The Mercenary headset features intelligent AMP/De-AMP technology with 5 levels of ambient sound adjustment. This system automatically detects and reduces loud noises (De-AMP) while amplifying voices and important sounds in noisy environments (AMP). Use the multi-function button toggles to cycle through the different ambient listening modes, including a higher volume ambient listening mode.
