Setup Guide
1. Physical Installation
- Choose a Mounting Location: Select a suitable indoor or outdoor location, preferably a ceiling or wall, that provides the desired viewing angle and is within reach of an Ethernet cable for PoE. Ensure the surface is strong enough to support the camera.
- Mounting the Bracket: Use the provided mounting bracket as a template to mark drill holes. Drill pilot holes and secure the mounting bracket to the surface using the supplied screws.
- Connect Ethernet Cable: Connect a standard Ethernet cable (Cat5e or Cat6) from your PoE switch or NVR to the camera's Ethernet port. Ensure a secure connection. For non-PoE setups, a 12V DC power adapter (not included) will also be required.
- Attach the Camera: Securely attach the camera body to the mounting bracket. Adjust the camera's angle and orientation as needed for optimal coverage.

2. Network Configuration
The camera supports Plug & Play with PoE NVRs. For standalone use or integration with other systems, you may need to configure network settings via the camera's web interface or a dedicated software tool.
- Initial Access: Connect the camera to your network. Use a discovery tool provided by PROVISION ISR or your NVR to find the camera's IP address.
- Web Interface: Open a web browser and enter the camera's IP address. Log in using the default credentials (refer to the included instruction manual for default username/password).
- Network Settings: Configure IP address, subnet mask, gateway, and DNS settings as required by your network. Ensure the camera is on the same network segment as your viewing devices or NVR.
- Password Change: For security, it is highly recommended to change the default password immediately after initial login.
Operating the Camera
1. Remote Access and Monitoring
Access your camera's live feed and recordings from anywhere using the dedicated mobile application or PC software.
