5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance of your Pureatic V3 robot vacuum.

5.1 Emptying the Dustbin

After each cleaning cycle, or when indicated by the app, remove and empty the 650ml dustbin. Tap out debris and wipe the interior with a dry cloth.

5.2 Cleaning the HEPA Filter

The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly, typically once a week, by gently tapping it to remove dust. Replace the filter every 3-6 months, depending on usage.

5.3 Refilling and Cleaning the Water Tank

For mopping, fill the 100ml water tank with clean water. After mopping, empty any remaining water and clean the tank to prevent mold or odors. The mop cloth should be removed and washed after each use.

5.4 Cleaning Side Brushes and Main Brush

Periodically check the side brushes and main brush for tangled hair or debris. Use the provided cleaning tool to cut and remove any tangled hair. Replace worn brushes as needed.

6. Troubleshooting

  • Robot gets stuck frequently: Ensure the cleaning area is free of excessive cables, small objects, or low-lying furniture that the robot cannot clear. The robot has a height of 2.99 inches and a climbing capability of 0.6 inches.
  • Robot cannot find charging dock: Ensure the charging dock is placed in an open area with sufficient clearance (1 meter to sides, 2 meters in front). Check that the power adapter is securely connected and the dock is powered on.
  • Mopping function is ineffective or leaves too much water: Adjust the water flow settings via the mobile application. Ensure the water tank is properly filled and installed. The mopping function is designed for light cleaning and may not replace thorough manual mopping.
  • Poor suction performance: Empty the dustbin and clean the HEPA filter. Check the main brush and side brushes for any obstructions or tangled hair.
  • App connectivity issues: Ensure your Wi-Fi network is 2.4GHz. Restart your router, the robot, and your mobile device. Re-attempt the connection process in the app.

If issues persist, please refer to the customer support information in Section 8.
