2. Safety Information

4. Product Overview
The Jauarta Industrial Borescope consists of a main display unit and a flexible camera probe. The main unit features a 4.5-inch IPS HD screen for clear viewing and control buttons for navigation, photo/video capture, and LED light adjustment. The camera probe is equipped with a 5.5mm lens and 6 adjustable LED lights.

5. Setup
5.1 Charging the Device
- Connect the provided USB cable to the charging port on the borescope's main unit.
- Plug the other end of the USB cable into a standard USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
- The charging indicator will illuminate. Allow the device to charge fully before first use.
5.2 Inserting a Memory Card
To save photos and videos, a small memory card (MicroSD card) is required (not included).
- Locate the memory card slot on the side of the main unit.
- Gently insert the MicroSD card into the slot with the contacts facing down until it clicks into place.
- To remove, push the card in slightly until it springs out.
5.3 Attaching Accessories
The hook, magnetic suction, and side lens accessories can be attached to the tip of the camera probe for specific inspection needs.
- Ensure the camera probe is clean and dry.
- Carefully slide the desired accessory onto the tip of the 5.5mm camera lens until it is securely fitted.
- The side lens (mirror) is useful for viewing objects at a 90-degree angle.
6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Powering On/Off
- To Power On: Press and hold the Power button (usually marked with an 'OK' or power symbol) for a few seconds until the screen illuminates.
- To Power Off: Press and hold the Power button again until the screen turns off.
6.2 Navigating the Menu
The device features several control buttons:
- OK/Power Button: Powers the device on/off, confirms selections.
- Up/Zoom In Button: Navigates up in menus, zooms in during live view.
- Down/Zoom Out Button: Navigates down in menus, zooms out during live view.
- Photo/Video Mode Button: Switches between photo and video capture modes.
- LED Light Adjustment Button: Adjusts the brightness of the camera probe's LED lights.
- Menu/Return Button: Accesses the main menu or returns to the previous screen.
6.3 Taking Photos and Recording Videos
- Power on the device. The live view from the camera probe will appear on the screen.
- Press the Photo/Video Mode Button to select either photo or video mode. An icon on the screen will indicate the current mode.
- In photo mode, press the OK Button to capture a still image.
- In video mode, press the OK Button once to start recording, and press it again to stop recording.
- All captured media will be saved to the inserted memory card.
6.4 Adjusting LED Light Brightness
The camera probe features 6 adjustable LED lights to illuminate dark inspection areas.
- During live view, press the LED Light Adjustment Button repeatedly to cycle through different brightness levels.
- Select the brightness level that provides the clearest image for your inspection.
6.5 Using the IP67 Waterproof Probe
The camera probe is IP67 rated, allowing it to be submerged in water up to 1 meter for a limited time. The main unit is not waterproof.
- Ensure the connection between the camera probe and the main unit is secure.
- After use in wet conditions, clean and dry the probe thoroughly before storage.
7. Maintenance
7.1 Cleaning
- Main Unit: Wipe the screen and body with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Camera Probe: After use, especially in dirty or wet environments, gently wipe the lens and cable with a soft, damp cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before storage.
- Lens: For stubborn dirt on the lens, use a lens cleaning solution and a microfiber cloth.
7.2 Storage
- Store the borescope and its accessories in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
- If not used for an extended period, charge the device periodically (e.g., every 3 months) to maintain battery health.
- Keep the camera probe cable neatly coiled to prevent kinks or damage.
