3. Setup Instructions

3.1 Connecting the Mouse

Locate the USB Nano Receiver. It is typically stored in a compartment on the underside of the mouse for transport.
Insert the USB Nano Receiver into an available USB port on your computer (PC, Mac, or Laptop).
Turn on the mouse using the ON/OFF switch located on the underside of the mouse.
The mouse should automatically connect to your computer. No additional drivers are typically required for basic functionality.

3.2 Initial Charging

For optimal performance, it is recommended to fully charge the mouse before its first use. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the mouse's charging port and to a USB power source (e.g., computer USB port, USB wall adapter).

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Button Functions

The KM-1 mouse features 6 programmable buttons for enhanced control:

Left Button: Primary click function.
Right Button: Secondary click function (context menu).
Scroll Wheel: Scrolls content up/down. Can also be clicked for middle-click function.
Forward Button: Navigates forward in web browsers or file explorers.
Backward Button: Navigates backward in web browsers or file explorers.
DPI Button: Adjusts mouse sensitivity (DPI).

4.2 DPI Adjustment

The DPI (Dots Per Inch) button allows you to change the mouse cursor speed and sensitivity. The KM-1 mouse offers three adjustable DPI levels:

800 DPI: Lower sensitivity for precise movements.
1600 DPI: Medium sensitivity for general use.
3200 DPI: High sensitivity for fast movements.

Press the DPI Button to cycle through these settings. The change in DPI may be indicated by a temporary change in the mouse's LED lighting.

4.3 RGB LED Lighting

The KM-1 mouse features customizable RGB LED lighting. To activate or change lighting modes, press the dedicated LED Light Button (often located near the scroll wheel or on the underside, refer to Image 4.1 for exact location).

Available lighting modes include:

Rainbow Mode
Stream Mode
Breathing Mode
Pure Light Mode (Solid Color)
Lights Off

Note: Using RGB lighting will consume battery power more quickly. To conserve battery life, it is recommended to turn off the lights when not needed.

4.4 Power Saving Mode

The mouse is equipped with an intelligent power-saving feature. If there is no operation for 8 minutes, the mouse will automatically enter sleep mode to conserve battery. To wake the mouse, simply click any button.

5. Maintenance

5.1 Charging the Battery

When the mouse battery is low, you may notice the cursor moving slowly, unstably, or stopping entirely. To charge, connect the provided USB charging cable to the mouse and a USB power source. The mouse can be used while charging.

5.2 Cleaning

To clean the mouse, use a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no liquid enters the mouse's internal components. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.

6. Troubleshooting

Problem	Possible Solution
Mouse not responding	Ensure the mouse is turned ON using the switch on the underside. Check if the USB Nano Receiver is securely plugged into a working USB port. Verify the mouse battery is charged. Try plugging the receiver into a different USB port.
Cursor moves slowly or erratically	The battery may be low. Recharge the mouse. Ensure the mouse sensor is clean and free of obstructions. Check the surface you are using the mouse on; a uniform, non-reflective surface is ideal.
RGB lights are off or not changing	Press the LED Light Button to cycle through modes or turn them on. Ensure the mouse has sufficient battery charge, as low battery can affect lighting.
Wireless connection issues	Ensure the mouse and receiver are within the 10m/33ft operating range. Minimize interference from other wireless devices. Re-pair the mouse by turning it off and on, and re-inserting the USB receiver.
