1. Introduction

This manual provides essential information for the proper setup, operation, and maintenance of your Viewedge 24 Inch Gaming Monitor (Model CS24FKUS). This monitor is designed to deliver a high-performance visual experience with its 180Hz refresh rate, 1ms response time, Full HD 1080p resolution, and HDR 10 support. It features a VA panel with a wide 178-degree viewing angle and 100% sRGB color gamut for vibrant visuals. Integrated eye protection technologies, including a blue light filter and flicker-free display, enhance viewing comfort during extended use. Adaptive Sync technology ensures smooth, tear-free gameplay.

2. Package Contents

3. Setup

3.1 Assembling the Stand

1. Carefully place the monitor face down on a soft, clean surface to prevent scratches.
2. Attach the stand neck to the back of the monitor, ensuring it clicks securely into place.
3. Connect the stand base to the stand neck and tighten the screw(s) at the bottom of the base.

3.2 Wall Mounting (Optional)

The monitor supports VESA wall mounting (75x75mm). Wall mount accessories are not included. Follow the instructions provided with your VESA-compatible wall mount kit.

3.3 Connecting Cables

Locate the input ports on the back of the monitor:

• Power: Connect the power adapter to the monitor's power input and then to a power outlet.
• Video Input: Connect the included DisplayPort (DP) cable from your computer's graphics card to the monitor's DP port. Alternatively, use an HDMI cable (not included) to connect to one of the two HDMI ports.
• Audio Output: For external audio, connect headphones or speakers to the 3.5mm audio output jack.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button located on the back of the monitor to turn it on or off. The power indicator light will illuminate when the monitor is active.

4.2 On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu

The OSD menu allows you to adjust various monitor settings. Buttons for OSD navigation are located on the back of the monitor:

• Menu Button: Accesses the OSD menu.
• Up (+) / Down (-) Buttons: Navigate through menu options and adjust values.
• Input Button: Selects the video input source (HDMI 1, HDMI 2, DisplayPort).
• Exit Button: Exits the current menu or OSD.

4.3 Key Settings

• Picture Settings: Adjust brightness, contrast, sharpness, and color temperature.
• Color Modes: Select from various preset color modes optimized for different content types (e.g., Standard, Game, Movie).
• Adaptive Sync: Enable or disable Adaptive Sync for tear-free gaming.
• Response Time (OD Acceleration): Adjust the overdrive setting for faster pixel response.
