Introduction
This manual provides detailed instructions for the safe and efficient operation of your GOCHIFIX Hat Heat Press Machine. Designed for precise temperature and timer control, this versatile 2-in-1 heat press is ideal for customizing various hat styles, canvas bags, shirt sleeves, and other small items. Please read all instructions carefully before use.
Key Features
- 2-in-1 Hat Press: Equipped with a 6.54"x3.84" curved heat plate and two interchangeable hat pads (5.59" × 3.78" and 4.94" × 2.95") to accommodate various hat sizes and small items.
- Precise Temperature and Timer Control: Digital control panel allows setting temperatures from 32-392℉ (0-200℃) and times from 0-999 seconds. The ceramic-coated aluminum heating plate ensures fast, even heating.
- Automatic Timer Start and Reminder: The countdown begins automatically when the handle is fully pulled down, with a buzzer alarm at the set time to prevent over-pressing.
- Wrinkle-Free Results: An adjustable hat stretcher ensures hats remain smooth without creases. The molded silicone lower platen reduces marks and scorching.
- Enhanced Safety Features: Includes four anti-slip pads for stability, a built-in thermal-shutdown fuse with two spares, and high-temperature gloves for safe operation.
- User-Friendly Design: Ergonomic parallel arm handle minimizes obstruction. A full pressure adjustment knob allows customization based on material thickness.
Setup Instructions
- Unpack the Machine: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all accessories listed in the Accessories List are present.
- Place on a Stable Surface: Position the heat press on a flat, sturdy, and heat-resistant surface. The four anti-slip pads on the base provide stability.
- Attach Power Cord: Connect the power cord to the machine's power interface and then to a standard 110V electrical outlet.
- Install Hat Pad: The machine comes with two interchangeable hat pads. To install or change a pad, unscrew the nuts on both sides of the lower platen, remove the current pad, insert the desired pad (smaller for children's hats, larger for adult hats), and re-tighten the nuts.

Operating Instructions
- Power On: Flip the red power switch located on the side of the machine to the 'ON' position. The digital display will illuminate.
- Set Temperature: Press the 'OK' button once. The display will show 'P-1'. Use the up/down arrows to adjust to your desired temperature (32-392℉ / 0-200℃). Press 'OK' to confirm.
- Set Time: After setting the temperature, press 'OK' again. The display will show 'P-2'. Use the up/down arrows to adjust to your desired time (0-999 seconds). Press 'OK' to confirm.
- Temperature Unit Setting (Optional): Press and hold the 'OK' button until 'P-3' appears. Use the up/down arrows to switch between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C). Press 'OK' to confirm.
- Temperature Difference Setting (Optional): If 'P-3' is displayed, press 'OK' again to show 'P-4'. Use arrows to adjust the temperature difference value. This is an advanced setting and not required for normal operation.
- Pre-heat: Allow the machine to reach the set temperature. The 'HEATING' indicator light will be on during heating and turn off when the target temperature is reached.
- Prepare Hat: Place your hat onto the lower hat pad. Use the adjustable hat stretcher to ensure the hat is smooth and wrinkle-free. Position your transfer material (e.g., HTV, sublimation print) onto the hat. Secure it with heat-resistant tape if necessary.
- Adjust Pressure: Use the full pressure adjustment knob at the top of the heat plate to set the desired pressure. Turn clockwise to increase pressure, counter-clockwise to decrease.
- Heat Press: Wearing the provided high-temperature gloves, pull down the ergonomic parallel arm handle until the heat plate makes firm contact with the hat. The automatic timer will begin counting down.
- Remove Item: Once the timer sounds, lift the handle to release the pressure. Carefully remove the hat using the heat-resistant gloves. Allow the transfer to cool if it is a cold peel material.
