- No Display / Monitors Not Detected:
- Ensure the required drivers are correctly installed for your operating system (Windows or Mac). Refer to Section 3.
- Verify that all USB and HDMI cables are securely connected to both the adapter and your computer/monitors.
- Restart your computer after driver installation or if monitors are not detected.

- If using a Mac, confirm that 'Screen Recording' permissions are granted to 'USB Display' in Privacy & Security settings (refer to Section 3.3, Step 4).
- Intermittent Display / Glitches:
- Unplug and replug the adapter from your computer. This can resolve temporary connection issues, especially after system updates or multiple sleep/wake cycles.
- Ensure your computer's USB port supports USB 3.0 data transmission.
- Check for updated drivers on the manufacturer's website.
- Adapter Overheating:
- While the aluminum casing is designed for heat dissipation, prolonged heavy use with multiple high-resolution displays can cause the adapter to become warm. Ensure adequate ventilation around the device.
- If overheating leads to performance issues, disconnect the adapter for a few minutes to allow it to cool down.
- Cannot Play Protected Content (Netflix, Hulu):
- This adapter does not support HDCP-protected content. This is a hardware limitation and not a defect.
- Unsupported Operating Systems:
- The adapter is not compatible with ChromeOS, Linux, or Unix. Attempting to use it with these systems will not yield results.
