2. Safety Instructions
- Ensure the power supply matches the voltage specified on the rating label.

3. Setup
3.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the dehumidifier and all packaging materials from the box.

3.2 Power Connection
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The unit is now ready for operation.
3.3 Drainage Options
The ubbo Z18 offers two drainage methods:
- Manual Drainage: The dehumidifier will collect water in its internal 95oz (2.8L) water tank. When the tank is full, the unit will automatically shut off and alert you to empty it.
- Continuous Drainage: For continuous operation without needing to empty the tank, connect the included drain hose to the drain outlet on the back of the unit. Ensure the hose is routed downwards to a suitable drain (e.g., floor drain, large container) to allow gravity to facilitate water flow.

3.4 Aromatherapy Box and Filter
The unit includes an aromatherapy box and a washable filter. The filter is pre-installed. To use the aromatherapy feature, open the aromatherapy box located near the filter compartment and add a few drops of essential oil to the pad inside. Close the box securely.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Overview
The control panel features touch-sensitive buttons for easy operation:
- On/Off Button: Powers the unit on or off.
- Light Button: Controls the 7-color ambient night light. Press to cycle through colors, lock a color, or turn off the light.
- Sleep Button: Activates Sleep Mode for ultra-quiet operation.
- Timer Button: Sets the operating duration (8h/16h/24h).
4.2 Power On/Off
Press the On/Off button once to turn the dehumidifier on. Press it again to turn the unit off.
4.3 Sleep Mode

4.4 Timer Function

4.5 Colorful Night Light
Press the Light button to activate the 7-color ambient night light. Press repeatedly to cycle through the colors or to lock on a specific color. Press and hold to turn the light off.
4.6 Auto Shut-Off
The dehumidifier is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature. When the water tank is full, the unit will stop operating, the red indicator light will illuminate, and a buzzer will sound 5 times to alert you to empty the tank. This prevents overflow and ensures safety.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and efficient operation of your dehumidifier.
5.1 Emptying the Water Tank
- When the water tank is full, the unit will stop operating and indicate a full tank.
- Carefully pull out the water tank from the front of the unit.
- Pour out the collected water.
- Slide the empty water tank back into the unit until it clicks into place. The dehumidifier will resume operation if not in continuous drainage mode.
5.2 Cleaning the Air Filter
The washable filter should be cleaned every 2-4 weeks, or more frequently depending on usage and air quality.
- Turn off and unplug the dehumidifier.
- Remove the filter cover from the back of the unit.
- Gently remove the filter.
- Rinse the filter under running water to remove dust and debris. For stubborn dirt, use a soft brush and mild detergent.
- Allow the filter to air dry completely before reinserting it. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.
- Reinstall the dry filter and close the filter cover.
5.3 Cleaning the Exterior
Wipe the exterior of the dehumidifier with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
