Setup and Assembly
This section provides instructions for the initial setup of your evaporative air cooler.
1. Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the unit from its packaging.
- Ensure all components are present, including the main unit, casters, and user manual.
- Place the cooler on a flat, stable surface in an open area for optimal performance.
2. Attaching Casters
The unit comes with 4 heavy-duty 360-degree wheels for maximum mobility. Two casters include brakes for stability.
- Locate the four casters in the top toolbox compartment.
- Insert each caster into the designated slots at the bottom of the unit until securely fitted.
- Engage the brakes on the two casters with brakes once the unit is in its desired location to prevent movement.

3. Filling the Water Tank
The cooler features an 8-gallon (30L) water tank. You can fill it manually or connect a garden hose for continuous water supply.
- Manual Filling: Open the water inlet port (refer to Figure 4) and pour clean water into the tank. Monitor the water level indicator to avoid overfilling.
- Hose Connection: Connect a standard garden hose to the automatic refilling port at the back of the unit. Ensure a secure connection to prevent leaks.

Operating Instructions
Familiarize yourself with the control panel and operating modes for optimal cooling.
1. Control Panel Overview
The unit features a simple mechanical control panel with three knobs:
- Speed Knob: Adjusts fan speed (Low, Medium, High).
- Pump Knob: Turns the water pump ON or OFF for evaporative cooling.
- Oscillation Knob: Activates or deactivates the 90° horizontal and 90° vertical oscillation feature.

2. Powering On and Adjusting Settings
- Plug the power cord into a suitable electrical outlet (120 Volts).
- Turn the Speed Knob to your desired fan speed (Low, Medium, or High).
- To activate evaporative cooling, turn the Pump Knob to "ON". Ensure the water tank is adequately filled.
- To enable wide-angle air distribution, turn the Oscillation Knob to "ON".
The cooler can expel 3000 cubic feet of cold air per minute, distributing it up to 720 square feet.

Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your evaporative air cooler.
1. Water Tank Cleaning
- Periodically drain the water tank using the drain plug (refer to Figure 4) to prevent algae and mineral buildup.
- Clean the tank with a soft cloth and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly before refilling.
2. Cooling Pad Maintenance
The three-sided 3D honeycomb cooling pads are designed for enhanced performance. Keep them clean for efficient cooling.
- Inspect the cooling pads regularly for dust or mineral deposits.
- If necessary, remove the pads and gently rinse them with clean water. Do not use harsh chemicals.
- Allow pads to dry completely before reinserting them into the unit.

3. General Cleaning
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth.
- Ensure the air intake and outlet grilles are free from obstructions.
Troubleshooting
