Setup
Unboxing
Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure you have the massage gun, 6 massage heads, a USB-C charging cable, and the storage bag.
Charging the Device
- Locate the USB-C charging port at the bottom of the massage gun.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the port.
- Plug the other end of the cable into a standard USB charger (5V/2A adapter recommended, not included) or a compatible USB-C power source.
- The indicator lights will illuminate to show charging status. Fully charge the device before first use.
Attaching Massage Heads
- Select the desired massage head for your target muscle group.
- Gently insert the stem of the massage head into the opening on the front of the massage gun.
- Push firmly until the head is securely in place. To remove, pull the head straight out.
Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
- To power on, press and hold the power button located at the bottom of the device for a few seconds until the indicator lights illuminate.
- To power off, press and hold the power button again for a few seconds.
Adjusting Speed
- Once powered on, short press the power button to cycle through the 4 available speed settings.
- The indicator lights will show the current speed level.
Usage Guidelines
- Select the appropriate massage head and attach it securely.
- Power on the device and select your desired speed setting.
- Gently apply the massage gun to the target muscle area. Move it slowly across the muscle, applying light to moderate pressure.
- Avoid pressing too hard or staying in one spot for too long.
