Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the safe and efficient operation of your gas range. It is recommended that installation be performed by a qualified technician.
Unpacking the Range
- Remove all packaging materials, tape, and protective films from the range.
- Ensure all accessories, such as oven racks and burner grates, are present.
- Inspect the range for any shipping damage. Report any damage immediately to your dealer.
Location Requirements
The range must be installed in an area with adequate ventilation. Ensure sufficient clearance from combustible materials. Refer to local codes and the installation instructions provided with the appliance for specific clearance requirements.
Gas and Electrical Connections
- Gas Supply: The range requires a natural gas or LP gas supply. Ensure the correct gas type is used and that connections are leak-tested by a qualified professional.
- Electrical Supply: The range requires a 120 Volt, 60 Hz, properly grounded electrical outlet. Do not use an extension cord.
Anti-Tip Bracket Installation
The anti-tip bracket must be properly installed to prevent the range from tipping over. This is a critical safety feature. Follow the detailed instructions included with the anti-tip bracket kit.

Operating Instructions
Control Panel Overview
The control panel features a digital display and touch controls for oven functions, as well as rotary knobs for cooktop burners.

Using the Cooktop Burners
Your range is equipped with five sealed gas burners, including a Quick Boil burner for rapid heating.

- Igniting a Burner: Push in and turn the desired burner knob counter-clockwise to the "LITE" position. You will hear a clicking sound as the igniter sparks.
- Once the burner ignites, continue to hold the knob in for a few seconds, then turn it to the desired flame setting (HI to LO).
- Quick Boil Burner: Use the designated Quick Boil burner for faster heating of liquids.
- Flame Size: Adjust the flame so it does not extend beyond the edge of the cooking utensil.

Using the Oven
Your oven features Even Baking Technology for consistent cooking results.
- Setting Bake Temperature: Press the "Bake" button on the control panel. Use the up/down arrows to set the desired temperature. Press "Start" (or similar confirmation button, if present) to begin preheating.
- Broiling: Press the "Broil" button. Select the desired broil level (if applicable) and press "Start". Always use caution when broiling.
- Oven Racks: Position oven racks before preheating. Refer to cooking guides for optimal rack positions for different foods.

Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will help keep your range in optimal condition.
Cooktop Cleaning
- Allow burners and grates to cool completely before cleaning.
- Remove burner grates and wash with warm, soapy water.
- Wipe spills on the cooktop surface with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Oven Cleaning
- For light soil, wipe the oven interior with warm, soapy water.
- For heavier soil, consult the full product manual for self-cleaning cycle instructions (if applicable) or recommended oven cleaners.
- Remove oven racks before cleaning the oven interior.
Exterior Cleaning
Wipe exterior surfaces with a soft cloth and mild detergent. For stainless steel finishes (if applicable), use a stainless steel cleaner.
