- Always attach plug to appliance first, then plug cord into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any control to "off", then remove plug from wall outlet.

Before First Use
- Unpack the appliance and all accessories from the box.
- Remove any packaging materials, stickers, or labels.
- Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a clean, damp cloth.
- Wash all removable parts (e.g., air fry basket, rotisserie spit, drip tray, racks) in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
- Place the appliance on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate clearance from walls and other appliances for proper ventilation.
- It is recommended to run the appliance empty for about 10-15 minutes on a high temperature setting (e.g., Air Fry at 400°F) to burn off any manufacturing residues. A slight odor may be present during this initial use; this is normal. Ensure the area is well-ventilated.
Setup
Placement:
Ensure the air fryer is placed on a flat, stable, heat-resistant surface. Allow at least 6 inches of space on all sides of the appliance for proper air circulation.
Power Connection:
Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet. The appliance is now in standby mode.
Accessory Installation:
- Drip Tray: Always place the drip tray at the bottom of the oven chamber to collect excess oil and food particles.
- Racks/Baskets: Insert the desired rack or air fry basket into the appropriate slots depending on your cooking needs.
- Rotisserie Spit: For rotisserie cooking, assemble the rotisserie spit with the forks, securing your food item. Insert the spit into the rotisserie slots inside the oven chamber, ensuring it is properly seated.
Operating Instructions
The Bella PRO Air Fryer Pizza Oven features a user-friendly touchscreen control panel. Refer to Figure 1 for button layout.
Control Panel Functions:
- Power Button (⏻): Press to turn the appliance on/off or to start/pause cooking.
- Temperature Control (TEMP ◀ ▶): Use the left and right arrows to adjust the cooking temperature.
- Time Control (TIME ◀ ▶): Use the left and right arrows to adjust the cooking time.
- Light Button (LIGHT): Activates the interior oven light to check cooking progress.
- Pre-set Functions:
- AIR FRY: For crispy results with little to no oil.
- ROAST: Ideal for meats and vegetables.
- BROIL: For browning and crisping the top layer of food.
- BAKE: For cakes, cookies, and casseroles.
- REHEAT: To warm up leftovers.
- KEEP WARM: Maintains food temperature after cooking.
- PIZZA: Optimized setting for cooking pizzas.
- BACON: Specific setting for cooking bacon.
- DEHYDRATE: For drying fruits, vegetables, and jerky.
- ROTISSERIE: Activates the rotisserie function for even cooking of whole chickens or roasts.
General Cooking Steps:
- Place food inside the oven chamber on the appropriate accessory (rack, basket, or rotisserie spit).
- Close the oven door securely.
- Press the Power button (⏻) to turn on the display.
- Select a pre-set function (e.g., AIR FRY, PIZZA) or manually set the desired temperature using the TEMP arrows and time using the TIME arrows.
- Press the Power button (⏻) again to start the cooking process.
- The internal light can be turned on/off using the LIGHT button to monitor cooking progress.
- The appliance will beep when cooking is complete. Carefully remove food using oven mitts.
Note: Cooking times and temperatures may vary based on food type, quantity, and desired doneness. Always use a food thermometer to ensure food is cooked to safe internal temperatures.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your appliance.
- Unplug and Cool: Always unplug the air fryer from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Drip Tray: Remove the drip tray and empty any collected oil or food particles. Wash with warm, soapy water.
- Accessories: Wash all removable accessories (air fry basket, rotisserie spit, racks, pizza pan) in warm, soapy water. For stubborn residue, soak them before cleaning. These parts are NOT dishwasher safe.
- Interior: Wipe the interior of the oven chamber with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For baked-on food, a non-abrasive sponge can be used. Avoid abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior of the appliance, including the touchscreen control panel, with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Never Immerse: Never immerse the main unit, power cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
- Storage: Ensure all parts are clean and dry before storing the appliance in a cool, dry place.
