This manual provides comprehensive instructions for the setup, operation, and maintenance of your ELECCTV C363-W-4PACK Wireless Outdoor Security Camera System. 4. Setup Guide

4.1 Charging the Cameras

Before initial use, fully charge each camera using the provided power adapter. The charging indicator light will change once charging is complete.

4.2 App Installation and Account Creation

  1. Download the "tuya" app from your mobile device's app store (iOS or Android).
  2. Open the app and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new account or log in if you already have one.

4.3 Adding Cameras to the App

  1. Ensure your mobile device's Bluetooth is enabled.
  2. In the tuya app, tap "Add Device" or the "+" icon.
  3. The app will automatically detect nearby ELECCTV cameras via Bluetooth. Select the camera(s) you wish to add.
  4. Follow the prompts to connect the camera to your 2.4GHz or 5GHz WiFi network. Enter your WiFi password when requested.
  5. Once connected, you can name each camera for easy identification.

4.4 Mounting the Cameras

The cameras can be mounted on walls or under eaves. Choose a location that provides the desired viewing angle and is within WiFi range.

  1. Mark the desired drilling spots using the camera stand as a template.
  2. Drill pilot holes and insert wall anchors if necessary.
  3. Secure the camera stand to the surface using the provided mounting screws.
  4. Attach the camera to the stand and adjust its angle for optimal coverage.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Live View and Multi-Camera Monitoring

Open the tuya app to access live feeds from your cameras. The app supports quad-view live streaming, allowing you to monitor up to four cameras simultaneously.

5.2 Two-Way Audio

To use the two-way audio feature, tap the microphone icon in the live view interface. You can then speak through your phone, and your voice will be projected through the camera's speaker. Listen for responses through the camera's microphone.

5.3 Motion Detection and Alerts

The camera uses PIR motion detection and AI analysis to identify activity. You will receive instant notifications on your mobile device when motion is detected. You can customize detection sensitivity and define specific activity zones within the app to minimize unwanted alerts.

5.4 Playback and Storage

Recorded footage can be accessed through the tuya app. You can review events by date and time. Videos are stored on a Micro SD card (if installed) or in the cloud (if subscribed). To download footage, select the desired video and use the download option in the app.

5.5 Smart Home Integration (Alexa & Google Assistant)

To integrate your cameras with Alexa or Google Assistant, follow the instructions within the tuya app or your smart assistant's app to link the accounts. Once linked, you can use voice commands to view camera feeds on compatible smart displays.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Battery Management

Monitor the battery level of your cameras through the tuya app. Recharge cameras when the battery level is low to ensure continuous operation. Use only the provided power adapters for charging.

6.2 Cleaning

Periodically clean the camera lens and body with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials that could damage the camera's surface or lens.

6.3 Firmware Updates

The tuya app will notify you if firmware updates are available for your cameras. It is recommended to install these updates to ensure optimal performance, security, and access to new features. Follow the in-app instructions carefully during the update process.
