Thank you for choosing the KASUE Portable Infrared Steam Sauna Box. This manual provides essential information for the safe and effective assembly, operation, and maintenance of your new sauna. Please read all instructions carefully before use and retain this manual for future reference.
Safety Warnings
- Always use distilled water in the steamer to prevent mineral buildup and ensure longevity.
- Ensure the sauna is placed on a flat, stable, and dry surface.
- Do not operate the sauna if any components are damaged.
- Keep children and pets away from the sauna during operation.
- Consult a physician before use if you have any medical conditions, are pregnant, or are taking medication.
- Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures. Limit sessions to recommended durations.
- Unplug the steamer and red light unit when not in use and before cleaning.

Setup Instructions
Frame Assembly
- Connect the short pipes (32.3in) to the corner connectors and three-way interfaces to form the base frame. Ensure all connections are secure.
- Insert the long pipes (33.9in) into the vertical openings of the base frame's corner connectors and three-way interfaces.
- Assemble the top frame using the remaining short pipes, corner connectors, and three-way interfaces. Carefully place and secure the top frame onto the vertical long pipes.
- Drape the sauna cloth cover over the assembled frame, ensuring it fits snugly and the zippers align with the openings.
- Place the folding chair inside the sauna box.
- Position the red light strip inside the sauna, attaching it to the designated hooks or bars at the top.

Steamer Connection
- Place the fumigation machine (steamer) outside the sauna box on a stable surface.
- Connect one end of the clear hose to the steam outlet on the fumigation machine.
- Feed the other end of the clear hose through the designated opening at the bottom of the sauna box and connect it to the steam box inside.
- Fill the fumigation machine with distilled water up to the maximum fill line. Do not overfill.
- Securely close the lid of the fumigation machine.
- Plug the fumigation machine and the red light unit into a standard electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
Steamer Operation
- Ensure the steamer is filled with distilled water and properly connected to the sauna box.
- Press the power button on the steamer unit or the remote control to turn it on.
- Use the 'Timer' buttons on the unit or remote to set the desired session duration (up to 99 minutes).
- Use the 'Heating' buttons to adjust the steam temperature (9 adjustable settings).
- Allow a few minutes for the water to heat up and steam to begin filling the sauna.
- Enter the sauna, close the zippers, and enjoy your session.
Red Light Therapy
The integrated red light strip provides red light therapy (660nm + 850nm). This feature can be turned on independently or in conjunction with the steam function. Use the dedicated controls for the red light unit to activate it.
Remote Control
The included remote control allows you to conveniently adjust the timer and heating settings of the steamer without needing to exit the sauna. Familiarize yourself with the remote's buttons for power, timer adjustment, and heating level control.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- After each use, unplug the steamer and red light unit.
- Allow the sauna to cool down completely.
- Wipe down the interior of the sauna cover with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild, non-abrasive cleaner.
- Empty any remaining water from the steamer and wipe its interior dry.
- Regularly descale the steamer using a citric acid solution to prevent mineral buildup (refer to steamer manual for specific instructions).
Storage
- Ensure all components are completely dry before disassembling.
- Disassemble the frame by reversing the setup steps.
- Fold the sauna cover and store all components in their original packaging or a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight.
Troubleshooting
