- Download the EDIAG App: Use your iOS or Android mobile phone to download the "EDIAG" application from the App Store or Google Play. Tablets and laptops are not recommended for app usage.

- Vehicle Compatibility: The Soloscan is exclusively compatible with Mercedes-Benz, Maybach, and Sprinter vehicles. It is not compatible with other car brands for full system diagnostics and special functions.
