Setup

Charging the Device

1. Before first use, fully charge the massage gun.
2. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the charging port at the bottom of the device.
3. Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
4. The indicator lights will show charging status. A full charge takes approximately 2.5 hours.
5. Once fully charged, disconnect the charging cable.

Attaching Massage Heads

1. Ensure the device is turned off before attaching or removing massage heads.
2. Select the desired massage head.
3. Gently push the stem of the massage head into the opening at the front of the massage gun until it is securely in place.
4. To remove, gently pull the massage head straight out.

Operating Instructions

Power On/Off and Speed Adjustment

1. Power On: Press and hold the power button at the bottom of the device for 2 seconds to turn it on. The device will start at the lowest speed setting.
2. Adjust Speed: Briefly press the power button to cycle through the 4 available speed levels. The indicator lights will show the current speed setting.
3. Power Off: Press and hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the device.
4. Auto Shut-Off: The device will automatically turn off after 15 minutes of continuous use to prevent overheating and conserve battery.

Using the Massage Heads

Select the appropriate massage head for the area you want to target:

• Round Head: For large muscle groups like quads, glutes, and hamstrings.
• Shovel Head: For shoulder blades, IT bands, and scraping.
• Bullet Head: For pinpoints and smaller muscle groups.
• U-shape Head: For neck and smaller muscle groups.
• Flat Head: For small and large muscle groups.
• Thumb Head: For impacting deep tissue, meridians, joints, palms, and soles.

Apply the massage gun to the desired muscle area. Start with the lowest speed setting and gradually increase the intensity as needed. Move the device slowly over the muscle, applying gentle pressure. Do not apply excessive pressure or use on bony areas.
