For optimal stability and performance, verify that the bike is placed on a flat, non-slip surface. The design incorporates a heavy 18 kg (40 lbs) flywheel for consistent momentum and a reinforced steel tube frame to support up to 158.8 kg (350 lbs) of user weight.
4. Adjustments
The MERACH S29 Pro offers multiple adjustment points to ensure a comfortable and effective workout for various body types.
4.1 Seat Adjustment
The seat can be adjusted in four directions: up, down, forward, and backward. Loosen the adjustment knobs, position the seat to your desired height and distance from the handlebars, then securely tighten the knobs. Proper seat height allows for a slight bend in the knee at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
4.2 Handlebar Adjustment
The handlebars are also 4-way adjustable (up, down, forward, backward). Adjust them to a comfortable position that allows for a slight bend in your elbows and a relaxed upper body posture. Ensure the adjustment knob is fully tightened before riding.

4.3 Seat Tilt Adjustment
The seat also features a tilt adjustment of +/- 45 degrees to optimize comfort and reduce pressure during longer rides. Adjust the tilt to achieve stable pelvic support, as shown in the diagram below.

4.4 Resistance Adjustment
The bike features a magnetic resistance system with multiple levels. Turn the resistance knob clockwise to increase resistance for a more challenging workout, and counter-clockwise to decrease resistance. The bike offers 16 resistance levels for varied intensity.
