5. Setup

5.1 Assembly

  1. Insert the extension pipe into the main vacuum unit until it clicks securely into place.
  2. Attach the floor brush head to the other end of the extension pipe, ensuring it is firmly connected.
  3. For handheld use, attach the multi-purpose nozzle directly to the main vacuum unit.
  4. To use the mop function, fill the water tank with clean water (and floor cleaning solution if desired) and attach it to the floor brush head. Secure the mop pads to the bottom of the water tank.

5.2 Initial Charging

Before first use, fully charge the vacuum cleaner. Connect the charger to the charging port on the main unit and plug it into a power outlet. The charging indicator light will show the charging status. A full charge takes approximately 4.5 hours.

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Power On/Off

Press the power button on the main unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on. Press it again to turn it off.

6.2 Using the Mop Function

  1. Ensure the water tank is filled and mop pads are attached to the floor brush head.
  2. Locate the ON/OFF switch on the side of the water tank.
  3. Slide the switch to 'ON' to activate the mop function, allowing water to dispense onto the mop pads.
  4. Slide the switch to 'OFF' to stop water dispensing, using the vacuum for dry suction only.

6.3 Using Different Nozzles

  • Floor Brush Head: Ideal for general floor cleaning (hardwood, tile, carpet).
  • Multi-purpose Nozzle: Use for narrow gaps, corners, car interiors, and upholstery. Attach directly to the main unit for handheld use or to the extension pipe for extended reach.

7. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the lifespan of your vacuum cleaner.

7.1 Emptying the Dust Cup

  1. Press the dust cup release button to detach the dust cup from the main unit.
  2. Open the dust cup lid and empty the collected debris into a trash bin.
  3. Reattach the dust cup to the main unit, ensuring it clicks into place.

7.2 Cleaning the HEPA Filter

  1. Remove the dust cup.
  2. Twist and pull out the HEPA filter from the dust cup.
  3. Rinse the HEPA filter under running water until clean. Do not use detergent.
  4. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it. Ensure it is completely dry to prevent damage and maintain suction power.
  5. Reassemble the filter and dust cup, then attach to the main unit.

7.3 Cleaning Mop Pads and Water Tank

  • Remove the used mop pads from the water tank. They are washable and reusable.
  • Rinse the water tank and mop pads with clean water.
  • Allow all components to air dry completely before reassembly or storage.

7.4 Cleaning the Brush Head

Periodically check the brush head for tangled hair or debris. Use the included cleaning brush or scissors to remove any obstructions. The brushless design minimizes tangling, but occasional checks are recommended.

8. Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Vacuum does not turn on. Battery is low or depleted. Charge the vacuum cleaner fully.
Weak suction power. Dust cup is full. Empty the dust cup.
HEPA filter is clogged or wet. Clean and thoroughly dry the HEPA filter.
Obstruction in the brush head or pipe. Check and remove any blockages.
Water not dispensing from mop tank. Water tank is empty. Refill the water tank.
Mop function switch is OFF. Slide the switch on the water tank to 'ON'.
Unusual noise during operation. Obstruction in the brush head or main unit. Turn off the vacuum and check for any foreign objects.
