• LED Light: Provides visual feedback on charging status and aesthetic lighting.

4. Setup

4.1 Initial Setup

1. Connect the Magnetic Unit: Insert the provided magnetic USB-C unit into the USB-C charging port of your Logitech MX mouse. This unit enables the magnetic charging feature with the dock.

2. Connect Power to the Dock: Plug a USB-C cable (not included) into the Cable Connect Port (USB-C) on the back of the charging dock and connect the other end to a suitable power source (e.g., computer USB port, wall adapter).
3. Place Your Mouse on the Dock: Gently place your Logitech MX mouse, with the magnetic unit inserted, onto the mouse docking area of the charging dock. The magnetic connection will align the mouse for charging.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Charging Your Mouse

Once the magnetic unit is installed in your mouse and the dock is powered, simply place your mouse onto the dock. The magnetic connection will secure it, and charging will begin automatically. The LED light on the dock will illuminate to indicate charging status.

5.2 LED Modes

The Imation Charging Dock features 4 distinct LED lighting modes to enhance your desk aesthetic and provide visual feedback. To cycle through these modes, press the Mode Button located on the front of the charging dock.

• Breathing Mode: The light gently pulses on and off.
• Dimming Mode: The light remains on at a reduced brightness.
• Night Mode: A very subtle light for minimal disturbance.

5.3 USB Pass-Through

The USB-A port on the underside of the dock can be used to connect your mouse's USB receiver, or other low-power USB devices, helping to keep your desk tidy and organized.

7. Maintenance

7.1 Cleaning

To clean your charging dock, gently wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, solvents, or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the surface or internal components.

7.2 Cable Management

The meticulous design of the charging dock includes a cable hole at the base, allowing you to neatly route your USB-C charging cable and hide the mouse's USB receiver. This helps maintain a clean and organized desk setup.

8. Troubleshooting

• Mouse not charging:
  • Ensure the magnetic unit is securely inserted into your mouse's USB-C port.
  • Verify that the charging dock is properly connected to a power source via its USB-C port.
  • Ensure the mouse is correctly aligned on the magnetic charging area of the dock.
• LED modes not saving:
  • The LED modes do not have a separate setting-saving feature. They reset to default upon reconnecting after the product's power has been completely shut off.
• Charging mouse when PC is off:
  • To charge your MX mouse even when your PC is off, please set up standby power mode in your PC BIOS settings.
