3. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wash the glass jug, lid, and whisks with warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely. Wipe the power base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the power base in water.
3. Assemble: Place the desired whisk (frothing whisk for foam, heating whisk for hot milk without foam) onto the spindle inside the glass jug. Ensure it is securely seated.
4. Position: Place the glass jug onto the power base, ensuring it is properly aligned.
5. Connect Power: Plug the power cord into a standard electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions

The Morpilot Milk Frother offers four distinct functions, each indicated by a different color of light on the base. Always ensure the correct whisk is installed for your desired function.

Milk Level Indicators:

• MIN (130ml): Minimum milk level required for operation.
• MAX (250ml): Maximum milk level for frothing functions (Red, Blue, Green).
• MAX (500ml): Maximum milk level for heating milk without frothing (Purple).

Function Modes:

1. Hot Dense Milk Foam (Red Light):
   • Install the frothing whisk (with coil).
   • Add milk between MIN and MAX (250ml) lines.
   • Press the power button once. The red light will illuminate.
   • The frother will automatically stop when ready (approx. 2 minutes).
2. Cold Milk Foam (Blue Light):
   • Install the frothing whisk (with coil).
   • Add cold milk between MIN and MAX (250ml) lines.
   • Press the power button twice. The blue light will illuminate.
   • The frother will automatically stop when ready.
3. Hot Milk (Purple Light):
   • Remove the metal coil from the whisk, leaving only the plastic part (heating whisk).
   • Add milk between MIN and MAX (500ml) lines.
   • Press the power button three times. The purple light will illuminate.
   • The frother will automatically stop when ready.
4. Hot Airy Milk Foam (Green Light):
   • Install the frothing whisk (with coil).
   • Add milk between MIN and MAX (250ml) lines.
   • Press the power button four times. The green light will illuminate.
   • The frother will automatically stop when ready.

Important Note: The Strix temperature control ensures automatic shut-off when milk or foam is ready, preventing burning or over-frothing.

5. Maintenance and Cleaning

1. Detachable Design: The high-quality glass jug is fully detachable from the power base, making cleaning significantly easier and safer.
2. Dishwasher Safe: The glass jug and lid are dishwasher safe. For best results, place them on the top rack.
3. Hand Washing: If hand washing, use a soft sponge and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive materials that could scratch the glass.
4. Power Base: Wipe the power base with a clean, damp cloth. Do not submerge the power base in water or rinse it under running water to prevent electrical damage.
5. Whisks: Rinse the whisks under running water immediately after use. Use the provided cleaning brush to remove any milk residue.
