Setup
1. Battery Installation
The ORIA Travel Alarm Clock requires 2 AAA batteries (not included) for operation. Ensure correct polarity when inserting batteries.

When the low battery icon appears on the screen, replace the batteries promptly to ensure continuous functionality.
2. Initial Power On
Once batteries are installed, the clock will power on and display default settings. You will then need to set the time and date.

- SET Button: Used to enter and confirm settings for time, date, and alarms.
- 12/24 Button (Up Arrow): Toggles between 12-hour and 24-hour time formats. Also used to increase values during setting.
- °C/°F Button (Down Arrow): Toggles between Celsius and Fahrenheit temperature units. Also used to decrease values during setting.
- Alarm 1 Button (Bell 1 Icon): Used to set and activate/deactivate Alarm 1.
- Alarm 2 Button (Bell 2 Icon): Used to set and activate/deactivate Alarm 2.
- SNOOZE/LIGHT Button (Top): Activates snooze during an alarm or illuminates the backlight for 5 seconds.
Setting the Time and Date
- Long-press the "SET" button until the time digits start flashing.
- Use the "12/24" (up arrow) or "°C/°F" (down arrow) buttons to adjust the flashing hour.
- Press "SET" again to move to setting the minutes. Adjust with the up/down arrows.
- Continue pressing "SET" to cycle through and set the Year, Month, Day, and Week Language (English, German, French, Dutch, Italian, Spanish, Danish). Adjust each with the up/down arrows.
- After setting the week language, press "SET" to exit the setting mode.
Switching 12/24 Hour Format and Temperature Unit
- To switch between 12-hour (with AM/PM) and 24-hour formats, short-press the "12/24" button.
- To switch between Celsius (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) temperature units, short-press the "°C/°F" button.
Setting Alarms (Alarm 1 and Alarm 2)
The clock features two independent alarms. Follow these steps to set each alarm:
- Long-press the desired alarm button ("Alarm 1" or "Alarm 2") until the alarm hour starts flashing.
- Use the "12/24" (up arrow) or "°C/°F" (down arrow) buttons to set the desired alarm hour.
- Press "SET" to confirm the hour and move to setting the minutes. Adjust with the up/down arrows.
- Press "SET" again to complete the alarm setup and return to the time display.
To activate or deactivate an alarm, short-press the corresponding alarm button (bell icon). An alarm icon will appear or disappear on the display to indicate its status.
Using the Snooze Function and Backlight
The large button on the top of the clock serves as both the snooze and backlight activation button.

- Snooze: When an alarm sounds, press the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button to temporarily silence the alarm for 5 minutes. The alarm will sound again after this interval.
- Backlight: Press the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" button at any time to activate the soft backlight for 5 seconds, allowing for easy viewing in low light conditions.
Maintenance
- Cleaning: Wipe the clock with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the display or casing.
- Battery Replacement: Replace batteries when the low battery indicator appears on the display. Always use new AAA batteries.
- Storage: If storing the clock for an extended period, remove the batteries to prevent leakage and damage.
- Environment: Avoid exposing the clock to extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or high humidity.
