3. Setup
3.1 Attaching the Light
The NiteDog light is designed for easy attachment to your pet's existing collar, harness, or leash. It fits webbing up to 1 inch wide.
- Locate the attachment clips on the back of the NiteDog light.
- Gently pinch the webbing of your pet's collar, harness, or leash.
- Slide the pinched webbing through the clips on the NiteDog light until it is securely fastened. Ensure the light is positioned to be visible.

3.2 Charging the Light
The NiteDog light is rechargeable. A Micro USB cable is required for charging (not included).
- Locate the Micro USB charging port on the side of the NiteDog light. This port is typically covered by a rubber flap for weather resistance.
- Gently open the rubber flap.
- Insert a Micro USB cable into the charging port.

4. Operating Instructions
The NiteDog light features a single button for controlling power and light modes.
- Power On/Off: Press the button once to turn the light on. Press and hold the button for approximately 2 seconds to turn the light off.
- Change Color/Mode: With the light on, press the button repeatedly to cycle through the available colors and modes. The sequence typically includes Red, Green, Blue, White, and a color-changing Disc-O mode.
- Memory Feature: The light will remember the last selected color/mode when turned off and will resume that setting when turned back on.
