6. Operating Instructions
6.1 Basic Call Functions
- Making a Call:
- Pick up the handset or press the Speaker button.
- Dial the desired number using the keypad.
- Press the Dial or # key (if configured) to initiate the call.
- Answering a Call:
- When the phone rings, pick up the handset or press the Speaker button.
- Ending a Call:
- Hang up the handset or press the Speaker button again.
- Hold: During an active call, press the Hold button (if available) to place the call on hold. Press it again to resume.
- Transfer: During an active call, press the Transfer button (if available), dial the new number, and then press Transfer again.
