4. Setup

4.1. Charging the Battery

4.2. Attaching the Auxiliary Handle

2. Screw the auxiliary handle firmly into the desired position.

4.3. Adjusting the Protective Guard

The 2-in-1 protective guard can be adjusted without tools.

1. Loosen the locking mechanism on the protective guard.
2. Rotate the guard to the desired position to protect against sparks and debris.
3. Securely fasten the locking mechanism.

4.4. Installing/Changing Grinding Discs

The angle grinder is suitable for cutting and grinding discs up to 125 mm diameter.

2. Press and hold the spindle lock button.
3. Use the spanner wrench (stored in the auxiliary handle) to loosen the clamping nut counter-clockwise.
4. Remove the old disc (if any) and place the new disc onto the flange, ensuring it is correctly seated.
5. Replace the clamping nut and tighten it clockwise using the spanner wrench while holding the spindle lock button.
6. Release the spindle lock button.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Inserting the Battery

1. Align the battery pack with the battery slot on the tool.
2. Slide the battery into the tool until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely latched.

5.2. Powering On/Off

• To turn on: Slide the power switch forward.
• To turn off: Slide the power switch backward.

5.3. Adjusting Speed

The angle grinder features a 6-level speed adjustment dial.

• For grinding, maintain a slight angle between the disc and the workpiece for effective material removal.
• After use, turn off the tool and wait for the disc to stop completely before setting it down.

6.1. Cleaning

• Always remove the battery before cleaning.
