4. Setup
4.1. Charging the Battery

4.2. Attaching the Auxiliary Handle
The auxiliary handle can be attached in three different positions on the die-cast aluminum gear housing for optimal ergonomics and control, depending on the application.
- Identify the threaded holes on the gear housing.
- Screw the auxiliary handle firmly into the desired position.
4.3. Adjusting the Protective Guard
The 2-in-1 protective guard can be adjusted without tools.
- Loosen the locking mechanism on the protective guard.
- Rotate the guard to the desired position to protect against sparks and debris.
- Securely fasten the locking mechanism.
4.4. Installing/Changing Grinding Discs
The angle grinder is suitable for cutting and grinding discs up to 125 mm diameter.
- Ensure the battery is removed from the tool.
- Press and hold the spindle lock button.
- Use the spanner wrench (stored in the auxiliary handle) to loosen the clamping nut counter-clockwise.
- Remove the old disc (if any) and place the new disc onto the flange, ensuring it is correctly seated.
- Replace the clamping nut and tighten it clockwise using the spanner wrench while holding the spindle lock button.
- Release the spindle lock button.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Inserting the Battery
- Align the battery pack with the battery slot on the tool.
- Slide the battery into the tool until it clicks into place. Ensure it is securely latched.
5.2. Powering On/Off
- To turn on: Slide the power switch forward.
- To turn off: Slide the power switch backward.
5.3. Adjusting Speed
The angle grinder features a 6-level speed adjustment dial.
- Locate the speed adjustment dial on the tool.
- Rotate the dial to select the desired speed level (1-6). Lower speeds are suitable for softer materials or fine work, while higher speeds are for harder materials and faster material removal.
5.4. Working with the Angle Grinder

- For grinding, maintain a slight angle between the disc and the workpiece for effective material removal.
- After use, turn off the tool and wait for the disc to stop completely before setting it down.
