Setup and Installation

The CALEX Falerna Wall Lamp is designed for quick and easy installation without the need for complex wiring. It features a magnetic mounting system.

1. Charging the Lamp

Before first use, fully charge the lamp. Connect the provided USB-C cable to the charging port on the lamp and to a suitable USB power adapter (not included). A full charge takes approximately 6 hours and provides up to 8 hours of illumination.

2. Mounting the Lamp

1. Choose a desired location for the lamp. Ensure the surface is clean and dry.
2. Attach the magnetic mounting plate to the wall using the provided screws and wall plugs. For outdoor use, ensure the mounting is secure and weather-resistant.
3. Align the lamp with the mounted plate. The lamp will magnetically attach to the plate. This allows for easy removal for charging or repositioning.

Operating Instructions

The Falerna wall lamp can be operated using the integrated buttons or the included remote control.

Using the Remote Control

• ON/OFF: Press to turn the lamp on or off.
• MODE: Cycles through different lighting modes (if available).
• '+' / '-': Adjust the brightness (dimming function).
• TIMER 1H / TIMER 2H: Set the lamp to turn off automatically after 1 or 2 hours.

Motion Sensor Functionality

The integrated motion sensor detects movement within a range of 2-5 meters and a detection angle of 90°. When motion is detected, the lamp will automatically illuminate and remain on for 30 seconds before turning off. This feature is ideal for security lighting at entrances or in gardens.

Note: The motion sensor activates when the lamp is in an active state (not completely off). If the lamp is off, it will not react to motion. Ensure the lamp is switched on for the motion sensor to function.

Maintenance

The CALEX Falerna Wall Lamp requires minimal maintenance.

• Cleaning: Wipe the lamp with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
• Battery Care: Recharge the lamp regularly to maintain battery health, especially if it will not be used for extended periods.
• Weather Resistance: The IP44 rating ensures the lamp is protected against splashing water from any direction. While suitable for outdoor use, avoid submerging the lamp in water.
