Setup

2. Tilt-Head: Press the tilt-lock release button and lift the motor head until it locks into place.
3. Attach Bowl: Place the 5-quart stainless steel mixing bowl onto the base and turn it clockwise until it locks securely.
4. Insert Attachment: Select the desired attachment (dough hook, whisk, or beater). Insert the attachment shaft into the port on the underside of the motor head and twist to secure.
5. Lower Head: Press the tilt-lock release button again and gently lower the motor head until it clicks into the locked position.
