5. Setup
5.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Remove all packaging materials, including any internal packing and protective films.
- Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance (at least 10 cm) on all sides and above the oven for proper ventilation.
- Do not place the oven near flammable materials or objects that could be damaged by heat.
5.2 Initial Cleaning
Before first use, wipe the interior and exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Wash all accessories (wire rack, baking tray, rotisserie spit) in warm, soapy water, rinse thoroughly, and dry completely.
5.3 First Use (Burn-Off)
It is recommended to perform a 'burn-off' cycle before cooking food. This helps to eliminate any manufacturing odors or residues.
- Plug the oven into a suitable European standard electrical outlet.
- Set the temperature control to maximum (e.g., 230°C).
- Set the function selector to convection mode.
- Set the timer to 15-20 minutes.
- Operate the oven in a well-ventilated area. A slight odor or smoke may be present; this is normal.
- Once the cycle is complete, allow the oven to cool down completely before opening the door.
6. Operating Instructions

- Turn the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature.
- Turn the Function Selector Knob to the desired cooking mode (e.g., top heat, bottom heat, top & bottom heat, convection, rotisserie).

- To stop cooking before the timer finishes, turn the timer knob to the 'OFF' position.

6.2 Using the Convection Function
The convection function uses a fan to circulate hot air, resulting in faster and more even cooking. Select a function that includes the fan symbol on the function selector knob.
6.3 Using the Rotisserie Function
The rotisserie function is ideal for roasting poultry or large cuts of meat, ensuring even browning and juicy results.

Figure 6.1: Rotisserie function in action.
- Skewer the food (e.g., chicken) onto the rotisserie spit, securing it with the forks. Ensure the food is centered and balanced.

- Set the Temperature Control Knob to the desired temperature.
- Set the Function Selector Knob to the rotisserie symbol (often combined with top heat or convection).
- Set the Timer Knob for the required cooking duration.
- When cooking is complete, use the rotisserie handle to carefully remove the hot spit and food from the oven.
7. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular cleaning and maintenance will prolong the life of your oven and ensure hygienic operation.
- Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for mini ovens can be used, following the product instructions carefully. Ensure all cleaner residue is removed.
- Accessories: Wash the wire rack, baking tray, rotisserie spit, and crumb tray in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. The crumb tray should be cleaned regularly to prevent grease buildup.
- Do not immerse the oven body, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
