This manual provides detailed instructions for assembly, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and efficient use of your new bed frame. Package Contents

Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps for proper assembly. It is recommended to have two people for assembly, though it can be completed by one individual. All necessary tools are included.

1. Assemble the Headboard Frame: Attach the charging station (Part 25) to the headboard shelf (Part 9) using screws (Part G). Connect the side panels (Parts 1 & 2) to the headboard shelf and the lower support bar (Part 8) using screws (Part C).
2. Install Headboard Backing: Secure the headboard backing (Part 6) to the assembled headboard frame using screws (Part D). Attach the lower headboard support (Part 12) to the headboard legs (Part 13) using screws (Part B).
3. Attach Upholstered Panels: Fasten the upholstered headboard panels (Part 3) to the headboard frame using screws (Part C). Ensure the hidden storage compartment is accessible.
4. Assemble Bed Frame Sides: Connect the side rails (Part 14) to the headboard and footboard using screws (Part A). Attach the center support legs (Part 16) to the center support bars (Part 17).
5. Install Bed Slats: Place the wooden slats (Part 15) onto the bed frame. The slats feature a Velcro design for easy and secure placement.
6. Assemble Storage Drawers: Fold and assemble the wire baskets (Part 23). Attach the wheels (Part 26) to the bottom of each basket. Secure the upholstered drawer fronts (Part 5) to the baskets using screws (Part E and F).
7. Insert Drawers: Slide the assembled storage drawers under the bed frame. The drawers are designed to fit securely and feature a locking system to prevent accidental movement.

Operating Instructions

Your VIAGDO bed frame includes several integrated features for enhanced convenience.

Charging Station

The headboard features a built-in charging station with 2 AC outlets, 1 USB port, and 1 Type-C port. Simply plug the bed frame's power cord into a wall outlet to activate the charging station. You can then charge your electronic devices directly from the headboard.

LED Light Strip

The bed frame is equipped with music sync RGB LED light strips on both the headboard and footboard. Use the included remote control or a compatible smartphone application to control the lights. You can choose from over 60,000 colors, 29 dynamic changing modes, set schedules, or activate the music sync feature where lights pulsate with music rhythm.

Storage Drawers

The bed frame includes four large under-bed storage drawers. These drawers are on wheels for smooth opening and closing and feature a locking system to keep them securely in place when not in use. The no-handle design prevents accidental bumping.

Headboard Storage & Side Pouches

The headboard offers a 2-tier storage shelf and a hidden storage compartment, ideal for magazines, phones, or alarm clocks. Additionally, small storage pouches are located on both sides of the headboard for convenient access to smaller items like remote controls.

Maintenance

• Cleaning Boucle Fabric: Gently spot clean the boucle upholstered areas with a mild detergent and a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
• LED Lights: Wipe the LED light strips with a dry, soft cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners directly on the lights.
• Frame Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Drawer Maintenance: Keep the drawer wheels free of debris to ensure smooth operation.

Troubleshooting

• LED Lights Not Working: Check if the bed frame's power cord is securely plugged into a working wall outlet. Ensure the remote control batteries are functional.
• Charging Station Not Functioning: Verify the bed frame's power cord is connected. Test with a different device or cable to rule out device-specific issues.
• Drawers Sticking: Check for any obstructions under the drawers or in the wheel path. Ensure the locking mechanism is disengaged.
• Noise from Frame: Confirm all assembly screws are tightened. The EVA sound-absorbing strip should prevent most noise; if noise persists, re-examine slat placement.
