3. Assembly
Before assembling, ensure the appliance is unplugged from the power outlet.
3.1 Attaching the Blender Shaft
- Align the motor unit with the blender shaft.
- Push the motor unit onto the blender shaft until it clicks into place.
- To detach, press the release buttons on the side of the motor unit and pull the shaft off.
3.2 Attaching the Whisk Attachment
- Insert the whisk into the whisk gear box.
- Align the whisk gear box with the motor unit.
- Push the motor unit onto the whisk gear box until it clicks into place.

- Align the motor unit with the lid of the chopper bowl.
- Push the motor unit onto the chopper bowl lid until it clicks into place.
- To detach, press the release buttons on the side of the motor unit and pull it off the lid.

4. Operating Instructions
The RAF R.327 Hand Blender features two speed settings for versatile use.

4.1 General Operation
- After assembling the desired attachment, plug the appliance into a suitable power outlet.
- Press button I for normal speed or button II for turbo speed.
- Release the button to stop the appliance.
- Do not operate continuously for more than 1 minute. Allow the motor to cool down for at least 3 minutes before resuming use.
4.2 Using the Hand Blender
Ideal for blending soups, sauces, smoothies, and purees directly in pots, bowls, or the measuring cup.
- Attach the blender shaft to the motor unit.
- Immerse the blender shaft into the ingredients. Ensure the blade guard is fully submerged to prevent splashing.

4.4 Using the Chopper Attachment
Use for chopping onions, garlic, herbs, nuts, and small quantities of meat. Do not use for very hard ingredients like coffee beans or ice cubes.
- Place the chopping blade into the chopper bowl and add ingredients.
- Secure the chopper bowl lid and attach the motor unit.
- Place the chopper bowl on a stable, flat surface.
- Press the desired speed button (I or II) in short pulses to chop ingredients to your preferred consistency.
- Release the button, unplug the appliance, and carefully remove the motor unit and blade before emptying the bowl.
