1. Important Safety Information

This Devoko trampoline is designed for recreational use. To ensure the safety of all users, especially children, please read and understand all instructions and warnings before assembly and use. Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injury.

  • Certified Safety: Our garden trampoline is safety certified.
  • Safety Enclosure Net: The polyethylene safety net covers the entire jumping surface and has a height of 180 cm with hinges and additional safety clips for increased protection.
  • Padded Edges and Poles: The edges are padded with 15 mm thick EPE foam, and the poles are also padded with EPE foam to provide additional protection during jumping.
  • Weight Capacity: The trampoline can support up to 150 kg (approximately 330 lbs) and can be used by 2 teenagers or 3 children simultaneously. Always adhere to the maximum weight limit.
  • Supervision: Children must always be supervised by an adult when using the trampoline.

3. Setup and Assembly

Assembly typically requires two adults and can be completed in less than 2 hours. Follow the detailed instructions provided in the included manual. A pair of assembly gloves and spring hooks are provided to assist with the process.

3.1 Frame Assembly

  • Assemble the 38mm steel frame tubes, ensuring the U-shaped legs are correctly oriented for stability.
  • Connect frame sections using the T-connectors to reinforce the structure. The frame is fully galvanized steel with a 1.4 mm thickness.

3.2 Jumping Mat and Spring Installation

  • Carefully attach the UV-resistant PP jumping mat to the frame using the provided 70 robust galvanized steel springs.
  • Use the spring hooks to safely stretch and attach each spring. Ensure all springs are firmly secured to the jumping mat and frame.

3.3 Safety Net and Accessories

  • Install the padded net poles around the trampoline frame.
  • Attach the safety net to the poles and the jumping mat, ensuring it is taut and securely fastened with hinges and safety clips.
  • Place the edge covers (spring pad) over the springs and frame to prevent contact with metal parts.
  • Attach the ladder for easy and safe access to the trampoline.

4. Operating Instructions

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, follow these operating guidelines:

  • Access: Always use the provided ladder to enter and exit the trampoline. Do not jump onto or off the trampoline.
  • Enclosure Use: Ensure the safety net zipper and clips are securely closed before anyone begins jumping.
  • Supervision: Always have adult supervision when children are using the trampoline.
  • Weight Limit: Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity of 150 kg (330 lbs).
  • Single Jumper: For maximum safety, especially for younger children, encourage only one jumper at a time.
  • No Flips or Stunts: Avoid performing flips or dangerous stunts unless properly trained and supervised.
  • Clear Area: Ensure the area around the trampoline is clear of obstacles.
  • Footwear: Remove shoes before jumping and store them in the shoe net.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleanliness: Keep the jumping mat and safety net clean. Use mild soap and water if necessary.
  • Rust Prevention: The frame is made of galvanized steel for rust resistance. However, inspect for any signs of rust and address them promptly.
  • UV Protection: The jumping mat is UV-resistant, but prolonged exposure to harsh sunlight can still cause degradation over many years.
  • Winter Storage: Consider covering the trampoline during winter months or disassembling it for storage to protect it from extreme weather conditions.
  • Spring Pad: Ensure the spring pad (edge cover) is always in place and in good condition to cover the springs and frame.

6. Troubleshooting

Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:

  • Missing Parts / Multiple Packages: The trampoline is often shipped in two or more separate packages. If you receive only one package, please wait a few days for the remaining packages to arrive. If parts are still missing after all packages have arrived, contact customer service.
  • Unstable Frame: Ensure all frame connections are tight and the U-shaped legs are properly seated on a level surface.
  • Loose Safety Net: Check that all net poles are securely attached and the net itself is properly fastened to the frame and poles. The vertical tubes supporting the net should be slightly bent outwards to keep the net taut.
  • Reduced Bounce: Inspect all springs for damage or detachment. Replace any damaged springs. Ensure the jumping mat is free from tears or excessive stretching.
