3. Assembly Instructions
Assembly typically requires two adults and can be completed in under two hours. Follow the steps carefully, referring to the detailed diagrams in the printed manual.
- Prepare the Area: Choose a flat, level outdoor surface with adequate clearance (at least 2 meters around and above).
- Assemble the Base Frame: Connect the U-shaped leg sections to form the circular base. Ensure all connections are secure. The frame features hot-dip galvanized steel tubes with a resistant zinc coating and anti-corrosion coating for durability.
- Attach the Jumping Mat: Lay the jumping mat in the center of the frame. Using the provided spring hooks and gloves, attach the springs evenly around the frame, connecting them to the mat's V-rings and the frame's holes. This process requires tension and is easier with two people.
- Install the Spring Cover Pad: Place the waterproof spring cover pad over the springs and frame, securing it in place to prevent contact with the springs during use.
- Erect the Safety Net Poles: Insert the foam-padded safety net poles into the designated slots on the frame. Ensure they are firmly seated.
- Attach the Safety Net: Drape the safety net over the poles and secure it to the top of the poles and the bottom of the spring cover pad. Ensure the double zipper and safety clips are functional for secure entry and exit.
- Install the Ladder: Hook the ladder onto the trampoline frame. The ladder features stable steps and non-slip feet for safe access.
- Attach the Shoe Net: Secure the shoe storage net to the side of the trampoline for convenient storage of footwear.

4. Usage Guidelines
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, adhere to the following usage guidelines:
- Always Use the Safety Net: The safety net must be properly installed and closed before anyone uses the trampoline.
- Enter and Exit Safely: Use the ladder to climb onto and off the trampoline. Do not jump from the ground onto the trampoline or from the trampoline to the ground.
- Proper Jumping Technique: Begin by bouncing gently. Maintain control at all times. Avoid erratic or uncontrolled bouncing.
- No Rough Play: Avoid pushing, shoving, or other rough play that could lead to loss of control and injury.
- Remove Obstacles: Ensure no pets, toys, or other objects are on or under the trampoline while in use.
- Dress Appropriately: Remove shoes, jewelry, and any sharp objects from pockets before using the trampoline.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance will extend the life of your trampoline and ensure continued safety.
- Daily Inspection: Before each use, check the jumping mat, safety net, springs, frame, and padding for any signs of wear, tears, or damage. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Cleaning: Clean the jumping mat and safety net with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry. Avoid harsh chemicals.
- Weather Protection: The trampoline materials are UV-resistant and waterproof. However, during prolonged periods of non-use or extreme weather, consider using a protective cover (not included) or disassembling the trampoline for storage.
- Rust Prevention: While the frame is galvanized and anti-corrosion coated, regularly inspect for any signs of rust, especially at joints. Clean and treat any rust spots promptly.
- Spring and Pad Check: Ensure all springs are securely attached and not stretched or damaged. Verify that the spring cover pad is intact and fully covers the springs and frame.

6. Troubleshooting
Here are solutions to common issues you might encounter:
- Trampoline Feels Unstable:
Solution: Check that all frame connections are fully engaged and tightened. Ensure the trampoline is on a flat, level surface. - Jumping Mat Sagging or Uneven:
Solution: Inspect all springs. Replace any stretched, broken, or missing springs. Ensure springs are evenly distributed and correctly attached. - Safety Net Loose or Damaged:
Solution: Verify that the net is securely attached to all poles and the frame. Check the zipper and clips for proper function. Replace the net if it has tears or significant damage. - Squeaking Noises During Use:
Solution: Apply a silicone-based lubricant to the frame joints and spring connections. Avoid oil-based lubricants that can attract dirt. - Difficulty Assembling Springs:
Solution: Use the provided spring hooks. It is often easier to attach springs by working across from each other (e.g., 12 o'clock, then 6 o'clock, then 3 o'clock, then 9 o'clock, and so on) to distribute tension evenly.
