• Anti-Slip Feet: Furniture legs are equipped with anti-slip feet for stability and to prevent scratching surfaces.

Maintenance and Care

Proper maintenance will extend the life and appearance of your AECOJOY patio furniture set.

Cleaning Instructions:

• Frame: Wipe the aluminum frame with a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely to prevent water spots.
• Cushions: The cushion covers are removable for easy cleaning. Machine wash covers in cold water with a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Air dry only; do not tumble dry. For spot cleaning, use a soft brush and a solution of mild soap and water.

General Care:

• Periodically check and tighten all bolts and connections to ensure stability.
• While the frame is weather-resistant, consider covering the furniture during prolonged periods of harsh weather (heavy rain, snow, extreme sun) or when not in use for extended periods to maximize its lifespan.
• Store cushions indoors during off-season or inclement weather to protect the fabric.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your AECOJOY patio furniture set, please refer to the common solutions below.

Common Issues and Solutions:

• Issue: Furniture feels wobbly or unstable.
Solution: Ensure all bolts and screws are securely tightened. Check that the furniture is placed on a flat, even surface. Adjust anti-slip feet if present and adjustable.
• Issue: Cushions slide off the furniture.
Solution: Utilize the integrated ties and Velcro straps on the cushions to secure them firmly to the frame. Ensure they are properly fastened.
• Issue: Frame appears dull or has minor stains.
Solution: Clean the frame as per the "Maintenance and Care" section using mild soap and water. For stubborn spots, a non-abrasive cleaner designed for aluminum can be used, followed by thorough rinsing.
• Issue: Cushion fabric fading or showing wear.
Solution: While olefin fabric is highly resistant to fading, prolonged direct sun exposure can still affect it over many years. Consider using furniture covers when not in use to protect cushions from harsh UV rays.
