3. Initial Setup

1. Unpack the air fryer and all accessories. Remove any packaging materials.
2. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
3. Wash the air frying basket, basket divider, and baking tray with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
4. Place the air fryer on a stable, level, and heat-resistant surface, ensuring adequate ventilation around the unit.
5. Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
6. The appliance is now ready for first use. It is recommended to run an empty cycle for 10 minutes at 180°C to eliminate any manufacturing odors.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Digital Touch Display

The Milex 10L Dual Air Fryer features an intuitive touch display for easy operation. The control panel allows you to adjust temperature, time, and select preset modes.

4.2 Basic Operation

1. Place food into the air frying basket. You can use the divider for two separate compartments (5L each) or remove it for a single 10L compartment.
2. Slide the basket back into the air fryer.
3. Press the Power button (①) to turn on the appliance.
4. Select your desired temperature (80-230°C) and time using the temperature and time adjustment buttons.
5. Press the Start/Pause button to begin cooking.

4.3 Preset Modes

The air fryer comes with 8 preset modes for common dishes, allowing for quick and convenient cooking:

• Fries
• Chicken
• Seafood
• Bake
• Red Meat

• Dehydrate
• Pizza

• Dual Cook: This function allows you to cook two different dishes simultaneously in the two 5L compartments, each with its own temperature and time settings. Select the "Dual Cook" button on the control panel and set parameters for each zone.
• Sync Cook: The Sync Cook feature synchronizes the cooking settings between compartments, ensuring different dishes finish simultaneously. This is ideal for meals where components have varying cooking times but need to be ready at the same time. Select the "Sync Cook" button, set the parameters for each zone, and the air fryer will manage the timing.

5. Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance will extend the life of your Milex 10L Dual Air Fryer.

1. Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. The air frying basket, basket divider, and baking tray feature a non-stick coating for easy cleaning. Wash them with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge.
3. Note: The air frying basket and accessories are not dishwasher safe.
4. Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
