Maintenance

Cleaning

To maintain optimal performance, regularly wipe the microphone and receiver with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. The windproof fleece covers can be gently cleaned as needed.

Storage

Troubleshooting

Connection Issues

  • No Connection: Ensure both the transmitter(s) and receiver are fully charged. Press and hold the power button on both units until the indicator lights are active.
  • Android Device Not Connecting: For some Android phones and USB-C interface devices, you may need to search for "OTG" in your device settings and manually turn on the OTG switch to allow connection to the microphone.

Sound Quality Issues

  • Muffled Sound: Ensure the windproof fleece covers are properly attached and not obstructing the microphone head.
  • Background Noise: While the microphone has active noise reduction, excessive environmental noise can still affect quality. Try to record in quieter environments or adjust microphone proximity.
  • Low Volume: Check the audio input settings on your recording device (phone, camera, laptop) to ensure the input level is adequate.
