1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Towallmark Gas Pressure Washer. This manual provides important information for the proper assembly, operation, and maintenance of your pressure washer. Please read this manual thoroughly before operating the unit to ensure safe and efficient use.

2. Safety Information

Always follow basic safety precautions when using this product to reduce the risk of injury or damage. This pressure washer operates at high pressure and can cause serious injury if not used correctly.

General Safety Rules:

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not direct the water stream at people, pets, electrical devices, or the unit itself.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye protection, hearing protection, and sturdy footwear.
• Ensure the work area is clear of obstacles and well-lit.
• Never operate the pressure washer without water supply.
• Keep children and bystanders away from the operating area.
• Always engage the safety lock on the spray gun when not actively spraying.

4. Assembly and Setup

Follow these steps to assemble your pressure washer before first use.

1. Attach the Handle: Secure the handle to the main unit using the provided bolts and nuts.
2. Connect the High-Pressure Hose: Connect one end of the 26 FT high-pressure hose to the pressure washer's outlet and the other end to the spray gun. Ensure connections are tight.
3. Connect the Garden Hose: Attach your garden hose (minimum 5/8 inch diameter) to the water inlet on the pressure washer. Ensure the water supply is clean and free of debris.
4. Add Fuel and Oil: Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded gasoline. Check the engine oil level and add appropriate engine oil if necessary, as per the engine manufacturer's recommendations. Do not overfill.
5. Prime the Pump: Before starting the engine, turn on the water supply completely and squeeze the spray gun trigger to purge air from the pump and hose. Continue until a steady stream of water flows from the nozzle.

5. Operation

Starting the Engine:

1. Ensure the water supply is fully open and the pump is primed.
2. Set the engine switch to "ON".
3. Move the choke lever to the "CHOKE" position (cold start).
4. Pull the recoil starter handle firmly until the engine starts.
5. Once the engine starts, gradually move the choke lever to the "RUN" position.

Using the Nozzles:

The pressure washer comes with 4 quick-connect metal nozzles and a soap nozzle, each designed for specific cleaning tasks. To change nozzles, pull back the collar on the spray gun wand and insert the desired nozzle until it clicks into place.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your pressure washer.

• Engine Oil: Check engine oil level before each use. Change oil after the first 5 hours of operation, then every 50 hours or annually.
• Air Filter: Inspect the air filter regularly and clean or replace if dirty.
• Spark Plug: Check and clean the spark plug annually or every 100 hours. Replace if necessary.
• Nozzle Cleaning: Clean clogged nozzles using the provided nozzle cleaning tool.
• Pump Care: Flush the pump with clean water after each use. For storage in freezing temperatures, use a pump protector/antifreeze.
• Hose and Gun: Inspect hoses and spray gun for damage before each use. Replace if worn or cracked.
