5. Setup and First Use

5.1 Unpacking

6.1 Basic Tea Brewing

1. Fill the Lower Kettle: Fill the lower kettle with fresh, cold water up to the maximum fill line. Do not overfill.
2. Add Tea to Upper Teapot: Place your desired amount of loose-leaf Turkish tea into the magnetic tea infuser. Secure the infuser to the lid and place the lid on the upper teapot.
3. Assemble: Place the upper teapot onto the lower kettle, and ensure the lower kettle is securely seated on the power base.
4. Power On: Plug the power cord into a standard 120V electrical outlet. Press the power button on the base. The LCD screen will illuminate.
5. Select Brewing Mode/Preset: Use the control knob to navigate through the available brewing presets (e.g., SAKI Classic, Extra Hot, Mediterranean) or to manually set your desired temperature and hold time. The LCD screen will display your selections.
