Setup Guide
Follow these steps to set up your Blink security system. A stable internet connection and the Blink Home Monitor app are required.
- Download the Blink Home Monitor App: Search for "Blink Home Monitor" in your device's app store (iOS, Android, or Fire OS) and install it.
- Create a Blink Account: Open the app and follow the on-screen prompts to create a new account or log in to an existing one.
- Set up the Sync Module Core:
- Plug the Sync Module Core into a power outlet within Wi-Fi range of your router.
- Wait for the blue and green lights to appear.
- In the Blink app, tap the "+" icon to add a new device and select "Sync Module". Follow the app's instructions to connect it to your Wi-Fi network.
- Install Batteries in Devices:
- For the Blink Video Doorbell: Insert the three AA lithium batteries into the designated compartment.

- Add Devices to the App:
- In the Blink app, tap the "+" icon again and select "Blink Video Doorbell" or "Blink Outdoor Camera".
- Scan the QR code on the back of each device or manually enter the serial number.
- Follow the app's prompts to link each device to your Sync Module and configure settings.
- Mount Your Devices:
- Use the provided mounting kits to securely install the Video Doorbell at your front door and the Outdoor 4 cameras in desired outdoor locations. Ensure optimal viewing angles.
