1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

• Always assemble the stool according to the provided manual. Ensure all components are securely fastened before use.
• Keep the stool on a stable, level surface. Avoid using it on uneven or slippery floors to prevent tipping.
• Do not exceed the maximum weight recommendation of 220 lbs (100 kg). Exceeding this limit can lead to instability, tipping, or damage to the stool.
• Keep the tool tray organized. Ensure tools are placed securely to prevent them from falling off during movement or use, which could cause injury or damage.
• Avoid standing on the stool. It is designed for seated use only.
• Keep hands and fingers clear of moving parts, especially during height adjustment.

4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required for this product. Follow these steps carefully.

1. Attach Casters to Base: Insert each caster wheel into the designated holes on the underside of the stool's base. Push firmly until they click into place.
2. Install Gas Lift Cylinder: Place the wider end of the gas lift cylinder into the central opening of the base. Ensure it sits securely.
3. Position Tool Tray: Slide the segmented tool tray over the gas lift cylinder and onto the base. Align any securing points if present.
4. Attach Seat: Carefully place the padded seat onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. Apply gentle downward pressure to ensure it is firmly seated.
5. Test Stability: Before use, gently sit on the stool to ensure all components are stable and properly assembled.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Adjusting Height

The stool features a pneumatic height adjustment mechanism.

• To raise the seat: While standing, pull the height adjustment lever upwards. The seat will automatically rise. Release the lever when the desired height is reached.
• To lower the seat: While seated, pull the height adjustment lever upwards. The seat will lower under your weight. Release the lever when the desired height is reached.

The adjustable height range is approximately 15 inches (38 cm) to 18.9 inches (48 cm).

5.2. Swivel Function

The seat offers a full 360-degree swivel, allowing for easy rotation and access to different areas of your workspace without needing to reposition the entire stool.

5.3. Using the Tool Tray

6. Maintenance

6.1. Cleaning

The padded seat is covered with PU material, which is water- and oil-resistant, making it easy to clean.

• Wipe the seat and other surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent.
• Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these can damage the finish.
• Dry thoroughly after cleaning.

6.2. Regular Inspection

• Periodically check all screws and bolts to ensure they are tight. Retighten if necessary.
• Inspect the casters for any debris or hair that might hinder smooth rolling. Clean as needed.
• Check the gas lift for proper function. If the height adjustment becomes difficult or the stool does not hold its height, contact support.

7. Troubleshooting

• Stool not adjusting height: Ensure the height adjustment lever is fully engaged when attempting to raise or lower the seat. Check if the gas lift cylinder is properly installed and not damaged.
• Wheels not rolling smoothly: Inspect casters for trapped debris (e.g., hair, lint) and clean them. Ensure the casters are securely inserted into the base.
• Stool feels unstable or wobbly: Verify that all assembly hardware is tightened. Ensure the stool is on a flat, even surface. Do not exceed the maximum weight capacity.
• Squeaking noises: Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to moving parts, such as the caster axles or the gas lift mechanism, if squeaking occurs.
