- Install Gas Lift Cylinder: Place the wider end of the gas lift cylinder into the central opening of the base. Ensure it sits securely.
- Position Tool Tray: Slide the segmented tool tray over the gas lift cylinder and onto the base. Align any securing points if present.
- Attach Seat: Carefully place the padded seat onto the top of the gas lift cylinder. Apply gentle downward pressure to ensure it is firmly seated.
- Test Stability: Before use, gently sit on the stool to ensure all components are stable and properly assembled.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1. Adjusting Height
The stool features a pneumatic height adjustment mechanism.

- To raise the seat: While standing, pull the height adjustment lever upwards. The seat will automatically rise. Release the lever when the desired height is reached.
- To lower the seat: While seated, pull the height adjustment lever upwards. The seat will lower under your weight. Release the lever when the desired height is reached.
The adjustable height range is approximately 15 inches (38 cm) to 18.9 inches (48 cm).
