4. Assembly Instructions

Follow these general steps for assembling your flight simulator cockpit. Refer to the included assembly diagram for detailed illustrations.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, flat surface.
2. Assemble Base Frame: Connect the main frame sections using the provided bolts and tools. Ensure all connections are tight.
3. Install Seat: Attach the pilot seat to the seat sliders on the base frame. Secure with the designated hardware.
4. Mount Pedal Plate: Secure the adjustable pedal plate to the front section of the frame.
5. Attach Wheel/Yoke Mount: Install the wheel/yoke mount to the central support structure.

5. Adjustments and Operation

The Thermaltake GF500 cockpit offers multiple adjustment points for a personalized and comfortable simulation experience.

5.1 Seat Adjustments

• Seat Height: Use the lever located under the seat to adjust the seat's vertical position.
• Seat Recline: Adjust the backrest angle using the recline mechanism on the side of the seat.
• Seat Distance: The seat slides forward and backward on rails. Use the front lever to unlock and slide the seat to your desired position.

5.2 Pedal Plate Adjustment

The pedal plate's distance from the seat is individually adjustable. Loosen the securing knobs, slide the plate to the desired position, and re-tighten the knobs.

5.3 Wheel/Yoke and Shifter/Throttle Mount Adjustments
