Assembly Instructions

Follow these steps to assemble your strimmer. Refer to the diagrams for visual guidance.

1. Attach the Handles:

   Secure the bull horn handles to the main shaft using the provided clamp and bolts. Ensure the handles are positioned comfortably for operation and tightened securely to prevent rotation during use.

2. Connect Shaft Sections (if applicable):

   If your model has a two-piece shaft, align the sections and secure them with the quick-release clamp or locking mechanism. Ensure a firm connection to prevent separation during operation.

3. Install the Safety Guard:

   Attach the safety guard to the lower part of the shaft, above the cutting head. This guard protects against debris and should always be in place during operation. Tighten all fasteners securely.

4. Attach the Cutting Head:

   Choose either the metal blade or the nylon trimmer head.

   • For Metal Blade: Place the blade onto the spindle, ensuring it sits flat. Secure it with the provided washer and nut, tightening firmly.

5. Attach the Shoulder Harness:

   Connect the shoulder harness to the designated attachment point on the strimmer shaft. Adjust the harness for comfortable and balanced operation, distributing the tool's weight evenly.

Operating Instructions

Fueling the Strimmer

The eSkde BC433-S uses a 4-stroke engine. This means it requires unleaded petrol and a separate oil reservoir. Do NOT mix oil with petrol.

• Ensure the engine is off and cool before fueling.
• Locate the fuel tank cap (usually marked with a fuel pump icon) and the oil filler cap (often marked with an oil can icon).
• Fill the fuel tank with fresh, unleaded petrol (minimum 95 RON). Do not overfill.
• Check the oil level and top up with recommended 4-stroke engine oil (refer to engine specifications for type, e.g., SAE 30 or 10W-30) if necessary. Do not overfill the oil reservoir.
• Securely replace both caps.

Starting the Engine

1. Place the strimmer on a flat, stable surface.
2. Ensure the engine stop switch is in the "ON" or "RUN" position.
3. Press the primer bulb several times until fuel is visible in the return line.
4. Move the choke lever to the "CLOSED" or "START" position (for cold starts).
5. Pull the starter cord firmly and smoothly until the engine fires. Do not pull the cord to its full extension.
6. Once the engine fires (usually after 1-3 pulls), move the choke lever to the "OPEN" or "RUN" position.
7. Allow the engine to warm up for a few moments before engaging the throttle.
8. To stop the engine, move the engine stop switch to the "OFF" position.

Operating Techniques

• Grass Trimming (Nylon Head): Use a sweeping motion, moving the trimmer head from side to side. Maintain a consistent height above the ground.
• Brush Cutting (Metal Blade): For thicker vegetation, use a controlled, deliberate motion. Avoid striking hard objects like rocks or metal.
• Maintain Control: Always hold the strimmer firmly with both hands on the handles. Use the shoulder harness to distribute weight and reduce fatigue.
• Avoid Overloading: Do not force the cutting head through dense material. Allow the engine to maintain its RPM.

Maintenance

Regular maintenance is crucial for the longevity and safe operation of your strimmer.

• Cleaning: After each use, clean the strimmer, especially the cutting head and guard, to remove grass, dirt, and debris. Ensure cooling fins on the engine are clear.
