Setup
- Unpack the Oven: Carefully remove all packaging materials and inspect the oven for any damage.
- Placement: Place the oven on a stable, non-combustible surface outdoors, away from any flammable materials. Ensure there is adequate clearance from walls and other objects. The oven is equipped with 4 feet with rubber pads for stable placement.
- Insert Pizza Stone: Slide the cordierite pizza stone into the oven chamber. Ensure it is seated correctly and level.
- Connect Gas Supply:
- Ensure the gas control knob on the oven is in the "OFF" position.
- Connect the gas hose (not included) to the oven's gas inlet (1/4" thread) and to a suitable gas regulator (30 mbar, suitable for DK, SE, NO, UK, FR regions).
- Connect the regulator to your gas cylinder.
- Tighten all connections securely.
- Leak Test:
- Prepare a soapy water solution (50% soap, 50% water).

Operating Instructions
- Ignition:
- Ensure the gas cylinder valve is open.
- Push in and turn the control knob counter-clockwise to the "High" position.
- The automatic ignition will spark and light the burner. You should hear a 'click' and see the flame.
- If the burner does not ignite within 5 seconds, turn the knob to "OFF", wait 5 minutes for gas to dissipate, and repeat the ignition process.
- Preheating:
- Once ignited, set the control knob to the desired temperature. For optimal pizza cooking, preheat the oven on high for approximately 15-20 minutes.
- The integrated thermometer on the front will indicate the internal temperature.
- Cooking Pizza:
- Carefully place your pizza onto a pizza peel.
- Slide the pizza into the preheated oven, directly onto the cordierite stone.
- Close the oven door (if using) to maintain heat.
- Rotate the pizza frequently (every 20-30 seconds) using the pizza peel to ensure even cooking.
- Pizzas typically cook in about 2 minutes, depending on thickness and desired crispness.
- Remove the cooked pizza with the peel.
- Shutting Down:
- Turn the control knob clockwise to the "OFF" position.
- Close the gas supply valve on the cylinder.
- Allow the oven to cool completely before cleaning or moving.

Maintenance
- Cleaning the Pizza Stone: Allow the stone to cool completely. Scrape off any burnt food residue with a stiff brush or spatula. Do not use soap or water on the stone, as it is porous and will absorb liquids, potentially causing it to crack.
- Cleaning the Oven Exterior: Wipe down the exterior surfaces with a damp cloth and mild detergent once the oven has cooled. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Burner Maintenance: Periodically inspect the burner for any blockages (e.g., spider webs, food debris). Clean with a soft brush if necessary.
- Storage: When not in use, store the oven in a dry, protected area. If storing outdoors, use a weather-resistant cover. Disconnect the gas cylinder and store it in a well-ventilated area, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Burner does not ignite. | No gas supply, clogged burner, faulty igniter. | Check gas cylinder and connections. Clean burner ports. Contact support if igniter is faulty. |
| Low flame or uneven heat. | Low gas pressure, partially clogged burner, regulator issue. | Ensure gas cylinder is not empty. Clean burner. Check regulator for proper function. |
| Pizza not cooking evenly. | Insufficient preheating, pizza not rotated. | Preheat oven longer (15-20 minutes). Rotate pizza frequently during cooking. |
| Gas leak detected (soapy bubbles). | Loose connection, damaged hose/regulator. | Immediately shut off gas. Tighten connections. Replace damaged components. Do not operate until leak is fixed. |
