  • To Set Date: Pull out the crown to the first position (one gear). Rotate the crown to adjust the date in the calendar small window. Push the crown back in.
  • To Adjust 24-Hour Moon Phase: This sub-dial typically synchronizes with the main time. Ensure the main time is set correctly for accurate moon phase display.

2. Adjusting the Watch Band

The metal watch band can be adjusted by removing or adding links. An adjustment tool is provided with your watch. It is recommended to remove an equal number of links from both sides of the clasp to maintain balance.

Instructions for Band Adjustment:

  1. Place the watch band on the removal tool, aligning the tool's thimble with the link pin's hole.
  2. Rotate the thimble to push the link pin out.
  3. Remove the desired number of links.
  4. Reconnect the metal band by reinserting the link pin in the direction of the eject fork. Use the disassembly tool to push the pin flush with the band.
  5. Repeat the process for the other side if necessary. Ensure the band is securely reconnected.

Operation

1. Chronograph Function

The watch features a chronograph (stopwatch) function with 60-minute and 60-second counters.

  • Start/Stop: Press button A (top push-button) to start the chronograph. Press it again to stop.
  • Reset: With the chronograph stopped, press button B (bottom push-button) to reset all chronograph hands to zero.

2. Moon Phase Display

The moon phase sub-dial indicates the current phase of the moon. This feature operates in conjunction with the 24-hour display and typically advances automatically once the main time is correctly set.

3. Luminous Function

The hands and hour markers of the watch are equipped with a luminous material. After exposure to strong light, the watch will glow in dim environments, allowing for time readability in low-light conditions.

4. Water Resistance

This watch is water resistant to 30 meters (100 feet). This means it can withstand splashes or brief immersion in water. It is not suitable for swimming, bathing, diving, or any activities involving prolonged water exposure or high-pressure water.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the watch regularly with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and smudges. For the metal band, a slightly damp cloth can be used, followed by immediate drying. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
  • Avoid Extreme Conditions: Protect your watch from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight for prolonged periods, and strong magnetic fields, as these can affect its accuracy and lifespan.
  • Water Exposure: While water resistant, avoid unnecessary exposure to water. If the watch gets wet, dry it thoroughly. Do not operate the crown or push-buttons while the watch is wet.
  • Battery Replacement: The watch uses a quartz movement, powered by a battery. When the watch stops or the second hand skips, it indicates a low battery. Battery replacement should be performed by a qualified watch technician.
