Setup
Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Placement: Place the record player on a stable, level surface away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excessive dust or vibrations. Position the two stereo speakers on either side of the record player for optimal sound separation.
- Connect Speakers: Connect the included stereo speakers to the speaker output terminals on the back of the record player. Ensure correct polarity (positive to positive, negative to negative).
- Connect Power: Insert the DC plug of the power adapter into the Power Adaptor Jack on the back of the unit. Plug the AC adapter into a wall outlet.
- Dust Cover: Carefully place the dust cover onto the hinges at the back of the record player.
Operating Instructions
Playing a Vinyl Record
- Power On: Turn the Power Button/Volume Control knob clockwise to power on the unit.
- Select Speed: Press the 3 Speed LP Selected Button to choose the appropriate speed (33, 45, or 78 RPM) for your record. Use the 45 RPM adapter for 7-inch singles if needed.
- Place Record: Carefully place your vinyl record on the platter.
- Unlock Tonearm: Release the Tonearm Lock.
- Raise Tonearm: Gently lift the Tonearm using the Tonearm Raise Lever.
- Position Tonearm: Move the tonearm over the desired starting groove of the record.
- Lower Tonearm: Slowly lower the Tonearm using the Tonearm Raise Lever. The stylus will make contact with the record, and playback will begin.
- Adjust Volume: Adjust the volume using the Power Button/Volume Control knob.
- Auto Stop Function: If the Auto Stop Button is engaged, the platter will automatically stop spinning when the record finishes. If disengaged, the platter will continue to spin.
- End Playback: At the end of the record, or when you wish to stop, lift the tonearm using the lever, return it to the tonearm rest, and secure it with the Tonearm Lock. Turn the Power Button/Volume Control knob counter-clockwise to power off.

Bluetooth Playback
The Retrolife R612 features a built-in Bluetooth receiver, allowing you to stream audio wirelessly from your compatible devices.
- Power On: Turn on the record player.
- Activate Bluetooth: The unit will automatically enter Bluetooth pairing mode. An indicator light will flash.
- Enable Bluetooth on Device: On your smartphone, tablet, or other Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings and enable Bluetooth.
- Pair: Search for available devices and select "Retrolife R612" (or similar name) from the list. Once paired, the indicator light will become solid.
- Play Audio: Start playing music on your connected device. The audio will be output through the record player's speakers.
- Adjust Volume: Control the volume using both your connected device and the record player's volume knob.

AUX Input
Connect external audio sources (e.g., MP3 players, CD players) to the record player using the AUX Input Jack.
